Pullman Miami Airport

It’s a really good hotel! Clean, the view and the location The only one thing that they gotta improve is the breakfast. On my opinion it’s too poor for the price and the have a lot of space to bring a better services !

the hotel was sold out when we arrived, the manager said the they only have the president suite, then he told me about a handicap room on the 5th floor the one who was in terrible condition.

Feel like being ignored and wasting 5 minutes checking in, or being ignored and waiting to be seated or the one server for over 30min, even though the place is nearly empty? Or obeing charged $28 for breakfast buffets?- and if you don’t go for this option, be prepared for 30-1hour wait for your meal, it’s like they try to ignore you into the bfast buffet option. Also no caffeinated coffee in the room, so of course you pay $5 downstairs for a basic black coffee.... bed was cheap and uncomfortable. At least it was clean... that’s all.

I stayed just one day at the hotel. In the overall things were ok. I had problem only with the bed and pillows. Not as comfortable as they should be.
