Britannia Hotel Edinburgh

The location is not too far from the city centre but not too close. Easily walkable. The staff were friendly, we paid £5 for parking. Good value for money.

Good Place to live. Clean but not very clean.

The stay overall is good, staffs are very helpfull but the only fault we noticed is the stain on one of the towels ☹️☹️ apart from that the whole stay is good 👍👍

Insanitary got moved 4 times out of five nights curtains down room damage soap dispenser broken and empty and plug holes absolutely filthy

The staff were friendly and the location was beautiful which from our room was overlooking an old stone bridge and flowing river, would definitely recommend.

I liked staying in the Britannia Hotel. There are a wide range of rooms to choose from and it is comfortable, clean, warm and friendly. It is close to the centre without being in the most busy part of the city.

We have stayed here a few times and always look forward to the buffet breakfast but we were disappointed to find we now have to order what we want which is fine but the wait for it to be cooked was quite a while I hope that when the hotel is very full they revert to buffet style

From dirty carpets to being a pub like environment. Outside it looks like a disused warehouse. Inside the carpets are so dirty, the staff looks overworked and rude, although they try to be helpful. No room service, people standing on the front door smoking all day. I’m not going back there again. It’s more of a pub than a hotel.
