Shopping in Dublin
A weekend shopping trip. Stayed at the shelbourne. Really convenient for shopping. The service is excellent. Hotel staff excellent. Really warm and welcoming hotel.

The Shelbourne was gracious, welcoming, and beautiful. The service was phenomenal, from the doormen to front desk to housekeeping. I can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful hotel. I stayed for 5 nights. On four occasions I was told the restaurant was fully booked from 5.30pm onwards, so don’t expect to eat here even if you are a resident. The business centre is very small, and the hotel lacks a quiet space for using a laptop (other than a corridor with a few chairs).

I was very disappointed with the overall stay when we landed in reception to check in we could just about get to the reception to check in with the amount of people that are in the lobby area attending an event there when we checked in we were then told about the car park there was 35 at night I had asked prior to everything with you that was parking included I didn’t went upstairs to the bedroom open the door of the room and nearly died The bedroom was tiny you couldn’t pass me and my husband inside in the room without heating off each other our own bedroom at home is much nicer I was opened in my business 10 years we went there as a celebration but I was so disappointed got over the room and got over have to pay for the parking until we were walking several mornings at 8 o’clock in the morning by cleaners . I mean they should not enter any please ring I’ll be not give anybody’s room from 7:30 in the morning on as we were away and relaxing break it was far from relaxing when I went downstairs on the Monday morning and told the receptionist what had happened he did not care or he said oh sorry about this I really felt for five star hotel that I was going to be luxury and relax Seshan from the moment we entered the doors . I have never complained I’m not that type of person but I just felt being in business myself and if this happened to somebody under my roof I want them to know .
