Short stay break , amazing hotel with a great location ..staff helpful and friendly ... breakfast amazing and available till 12pm... rooms very modern and controlled via electronic devices.. roof top jacuzzi with exceptional views of the city ...arranged transport back to airport via hotel , on departure we were greeted by a chauffeur driven rolls Royce .. would recommend and definitely return

The room was fine, but the restaurant wasn't. They put the label 'Antibacterial blah blah' on each table to reassure the guests, but they weren't able to remove the bread crumbs or food from the guests who had sat at the table before. Very disappointing point.

Facilities were great and staff was very nice and accommodating up until the point Poland's borders were closing due to COVID-19 and we had to check out early. While management was "encouraging" us to leave the hotel and Poland, they did not want to provide a refund (room was pre-paid) for the remaining days of the stay. They referred us to Expedia, but then Expedia referred us back to the hotel policy. Considering the circumstances, The Loft or Expedia needs to makes things right, especially when the hotel management was essentially telling us to leave. While the management told us that they would give us 4 days of credit upon our next visit, it is not much consolation considering we live in another continent. Additionally, they would not provide us any form of documentation of said 4 days of credit.

Myself and 11 friends stayed as part of a birthday celebration. The hotel was fantastic and in a good location. Staff were all friendly and happy to help with any queries . Would definitely recommend and stay again ourselves.

Great stay , good location
Just had a great couple of nights at the loft hotel . Location was ideal just a short walk to both the Jewish quater and the old town. Would reccommend ..the only negative was the noise from the busy road and the railway but not enough to put you off stopping here
