The Sutton Place Hotel - Edmonton

Hotel is nice! It is in the place in down town. I will recommend this hotel to everyone.

Been staying at the Sutton recently every time I have to come to Edmonton. This is by far one of my favorite hotels to stay at! The views from your room are just beautiful, the staff are always super friendly, and there is paid ($35.00/Day) under ground parking that can fit a truck. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This was my fiancé and I's second stay at the Sutton Place Hotel and definitely not our last. Immediately upon arriving we were greeted by the lovely lady named Kailey working at the front desk. She remembered us from our previous stay and we remembered her as well! She has the most pleasant attitude and is very welcoming and kind! She upgraded our room for us which was a very pleasant surprise after a long day of driving and doctors appointments. We were very pleased with our room and the fantastic view of the city! Our room was exceptionally clean. My favourite parts of the room was having a robe and slippers to use and a very convenient make up mirror to use. The bed was super comfy and we both had a great sleep. In the morning we went down for a hot breakfast which was also fantastic! The cook was the same man as last time, he was also super friendly and the food was fantastic! It was super convenient to have a hot and satisfying breakfast without having to leave the hotel. Check out was a super smooth and easy process and once again the gentleman working at the counter gave us exceptional service. Cleanliness, great food, good views of the city, fantastic location and above all - excellent staff with exceptional customer service. I don't think we will stay anywhere else from now on!

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is very accessible to shopping and to my Medical Appointment. Overall stay was very good.

Bathrooms are old and needs update. Very limited stuff provided for in room coffee. Excellent location. $35 expensive parking

Everything is perfect except for cleanliness that needs to be improved, I can see a lot of dust and even rice crisp in the sofa, I consider this because of maybe short staff because of covid or what but because all staff especially alexandra in the front desk is so friendly so i will still gave 5 for this hotel.

I didnt like the homeless outside the building hounding us for smokes, parkade stairwell smelt like pee. And the pictures online make the rooms look better than they actually are. The view from my room was gorgeous though.
