Nothing from checking in to checking out the worst experience EVER rooms is dirty dishes is dirty a bunch of prostitutes and drunks out there

Very disappointed. Booking for 2 double beds and when we arrived were told we were "upgraded" to a larger suite that was bilevel. Was told there were 2 separate sleeping areas. As we drove around, there was no close parking and we had to park very far away. From there we got to witness an altercation in the parking lot and as we walked to the room, the neighboring room had a bottle filled with cigarettes that I had to pass with my children to get to our room. The disappointment continued when we got into the room. The other sleeping area turned out to be a bed in the wall that did not have sheets, holes in the box spring and garbage behind the bed when we pulled it open. In addition, there was a dark reddish stain on the box spring by the foot of the bed that resembled blood. hopefully, just ketchup. We later noticed more of the same on the picture frame above the fireplace. It looked like splatter from something. The place was not clean. I wiped surfaces down with lysol wipes and the wipe was black. A silver bug was seen on the floor and there were holes in the couch. Overall, an absolute disgrace. Will never book here again and we travel frequently to the area. I wish I took photos but was so caught off guard.

Room was definitely dated. Alot of old appliances and old rugs. The

Filthy. Dust, cobwebs, little kids hair barrette on floor. My daughter had a severe allergy attack. My daughters pillow fell between headboard and mattress and when she went to get it out, she found someone’s press on nails and a chewing tobacco can. If you want towels or toilet paper, you have got to go get it. Bed is comfy. Don’t stay here.

Very dirty room. Not like the pictures. Shower and sink were filled with grime. Will not stay again.

It's dirty, first room they gave us had a filthy bathroom, so we asked for another room. The second room had food stuck to the table, dirty hand prints on the wall of the shower and the last guests dried up soap in the soap dish. We cancelled and the refunded us. If they would clean properly it would be an okay place to stay.

Please “manage” this property as if you are in the hospitality industry & provide paying customers necessities such as toilet paper, clean towels, clean room as if your own families are the ones staying in the rooms. Doesn’t look like rooms are checked by mgt nor by staff. Really nothing positive to say about this hotel experience. Expedia needs to also update your site to indicate breakfast is NOT currently not provided as well as other amenities due to Covid-19. Please make these necessary changes asap if you’d like repeat business from your paying customers.

The appliances in the kitchen need updating, the kitchen as a whole could use updating. I haven’t seen wooden handles on a fridge in ages. Also the towels and wash cloths weren’t clean so luckily I bought my own. It was also weird our room had no phone and no dish detergent, just detergent to use the dishwasher. Not everyone uses it and I’m not going to run the dishwasher for one fork. The property and area is nice, but please make sure the room is complete before giving it to a guest. It just felt unfinished. Also our roll of paper towels was empty.
