I walked in and was greeted right away and asked if I'd like water. Checked right in. Amazing service all around. The rooms have a great view.

Stayed for 2 nights for 256 per night. Then I was charged 900 somehow. There are a ton of hidden fees and parking charges. I also stayed at the Hilton & Hyatt without being nickled and dimed left and right. I would not recommend this place. We cloroxed wiped the surfaces and found that the wipes came out brown. Do not stay here, especially during a pandemic. Parking was 40 some odd dollars, this wasn’t even disclosed to us until they charged us when checking out. Our dog also found an advil of some sort on the ground and could have gotten very sick had I not somehow taken it out of his mouth. How can a hotel get away with such uncleanliness during the pandemic? They are definitely not following safety standards yet still charging close to a thousand dollars for the 2 night stay!

Freshly renovated, clean, perfect location. Gorgeous views. Cross the street and you're at the beach. The staff went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make my stay perfect. I had one small issue with my first room (just a TV issue) and the whole team was quick to help out and problem solve. Everyone I interacted with was kind and so helpful. Best stay in LA in a long time!

Our stay was fine. But when we arrived, I was asked to sign a pre-bill print out--an agreement I guess. It was not for the rate I purchased on Hotels.com. I was at first told the difference was because hotels.com neglected to charge me tax. I pointed out that I was charged tax. The clerk at the front was very polite, but needed to confirm the rate (I had a print out of the receipt for the reservation with me) with his supervisor. It all worked out in the end, but it was a silly hassle.

Great location by the beach and the staff was terrific.

I was very disappointed with service the hotel offered for the price i paid for each night; i paid about $370 a night coming to find out we had to pay for parking plus taxes in addition to the hotel fees plus taxes. After all these; per staff rooms are not cleaned, trash are not taken out or bed are not laid throughout your stay. I was amazed how much i paid for soo little service I won’t refer or recommend this hotel

Very friendly staff

The staff is totally without empathy, we wanted to get microwave to our room to make warm milk for our 1 year old baby, they didn’t provide this kind of service and what’s more they denied make warm our milk for baby!!! ridiculous!!!! We had to change the hotel evening with small baby to have possibility feed her.... I have never ever meet this kind of service in hotel... for question how I can feed my baby answer was I don’t know I understand but can’t ..... general manager shouldn’t never ever be on this position she doesn’t care clients at all.... never ever stay in this hotel!!!!
