Sheraton Columbus Hotel at Capitol Square

Everything was shut down. Couldn’t use the amenities. No bar, shops or restaurants.

Checked in at 330am and left at 800am.. front desk clerk was very nice ... then we arrived at our room... the smell of cigarette smoke hit us as soon as we opened the door (we booked a non smoking room), too tired to deal with moving to another room due to needing sleep because we were leaving so early, we decided to tough that issue out, then just as we fell asleep, the toilet started running, and running, and running , until i had to get up and turn the water off to the toilet so it would stop running and we could get some sleep. Not a pleasant stay at all, very unhappy

Nice, semi-historic hotel in downtown Columbus. Friendly staff, unique room design causes some issues. The entire room, including bathroom, has waist high windows and the room is quite cold near the windows. The television is at least twenty feet away from the headboard of the bed. I have good vision but struggled to read the on screen menu/guide. A larger TV would be ideal for this "long" room design. Fitness center was open twenty-four hours a day and was well stocked with older, but well maintained, equipment. Our biggest complaints were with the internet routinely disconnecting and the key cards randomly not working. We had to go to the front desk seven times in two days to get our key cards working again. Overall a nice stay.

Rooms were not very clean especially the Bathroom and walls. It states there are restaurants, a gym and other accommodations but none of them were available. At this point it was just a place to stay and that's it nothing exciting about it.

My stay at the Hotel was excellent! I even requested the extension for another day! The front desk provided a great service, the rooms are huge, the cleanliness impeccable. Congratulations to those involved. Thanks!

Our HVAC unit didnt work and had to switch room. Very outdated. But staff was amazing and assist with issues

The time taken to include all of the amenities was simply amazing! It came with mouthwash, some sort of shaving cream, (sorry I only glanced at it once), Qtips, cotton swabs, a nail file, Lotion, great smelling soap, shampoo and conditioner, bottled water, and a pair of complementary house shoes. I’m sure I’ve left out some things. Ohh! It also came with a mini sewing kit and antibacterial wipes and plenty of masks available! I must say the wipes might have won me over. In the midst of this pandemic we are always taking extra precautions. I was able to sanitize the room in half the time not having to semi unpack to get our supplies. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys for a wonderful stay.

Great location in the city!!! Lots of doggies at the commons!

The rooms were dirty. Not only not up to CDC standards, but up to no standards. The first room had a drawer full of syringes and mens underwear in it. To top it off, they charged me for the nite I booked thru Hotels.com!!!

Place is beautiful room was great the manager has a horrible attitude and a horrible customer service
