Springhill Suites Nashville Brentwood

Stopped on the way to IL, and again on the way back. This hotel is very COVID safe. Nothing to worry about and plenty of places to ahve food delivered.

Building itself is new and clean, but the room was not cleaned properly. Found snack on the floor. Hair dryer was broken and we were asked to pick up alternative one at the front, which was also broken. No towel on the pool, although the hotel noted that towels are provided.

Easy Parking Garage, Clean Rooms, Comfy Bed and nice indoor pool. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating!

Great stay for a great price. My wife and I had a wonderful 2 day trip for our 10year wedding anniversary. The rooms were small, but the space was well utilized and we were more than comfortable. Would absolutely recommend.

My stay was not that great. AC in the room was noisy so I got no sleep. Then they had someone with a gas powered blower making noise at 8am. They also did not have the full breakfast only a few snack items.

Understanding the current situation however there should have been information prior to booking that most services were not available. Breakfast for two pool gym bar all not provided. The price shouldn’t have reflected this

I came to Springhill Suites expecting every bit of a 3.5 star hotel, and found less than attentive staff that left me feeling like I might as well had planned my stay for any other hotel and save myself some money and frustration in the process. On the first night, I found my TV wasn't working. I called the desk and was told they'd get in touch with the "TV guy" which led me to believe I was waiting for a knock on my door. I waited an hour before calling again, only to be informed that there isn't a specific "TV guy" but a remote service which was closed and wasn't going to be helping me that night. Which would be fine, but the person I spoke with initially didn't leave a note at the end of his shift, and didn't bother letting me or any of his co-workers know. I would have sat there all night if I hadn't called back. I was promptly given a new room and an apology, which didn't feel like enough given that I just ate dinner in silence waiting for a knock on my door that was never coming. The following morning I complained again and was given a free pass to get whatever I wanted out of the market, so two sodas and some gummy bears it was. On that second day, I called in the afternoon for fresh towels/trash removal that never actually came. I was told housekeeping was gone for the day, but clearly saw that there was some cleaning staff still around. A 3.5 star hotel and you can't ask for fresh towels at 2 PM? The room itself was fine, but the experience was severely lacking.

The place was quite expensive and from pic's it looked like it would be very upscale experience, not at all what we were expecting. The room amenities were ok but setup of room was poorly planned. Walk into a tiny living area which was ok given the couch was large enough for someone to sleep on and it had a trendle bed that pulled out from under it however, there was a desk with a full frosted glass that separated living area from bed area and then right on the other side two queen beds but on foot side of beds there was sliding glass frosted door that slid open for bathroom which when being used would wake whoever sleeping, up, due to light being turned on. In addition, when I pulled trundle bed out so my son had a place to sleep, the under side was discusting! There was thick dust, Cheerios, kids Barbie papers etc. When I let the manager know, all they offered was a free drink at the bar for inconvenience! The free breakfast was not what was expected for the price as it was more continental rather than buffet and lastly, no hot tub which was disappointing. There was two staff that were welcoming but overall the rest acted as if they were 'better than', wouldn't pay the almost $900 for 3 nights there again.

Was ok but I had expected more for the price. However I will say their breakfast was the greatest thing about the stay! Check in staff not very helpful about where to go for food. Shower water pressure was nil. No hair conditioner in the shower, discovered when in the shower. Table next to the bed had an unknown substance smeared on it that we had to clean. Pool had chunks of hair in it. Just did not feel like a higher priced hotel. I had left my own pillow on the bed with a satin cover. I called the hotel and asked for them to look for it on the day we left. Christa said they would look for it with a return call or email to let me know either way. Neither happened. I called again the day after I got home, and of course no one could find it. I'm sure it was discarded. The stay was a disappointing experience.

We were visiting our daughter at Lipscomb University. The hotel was perfect for our family of 5. We were able to enjoy our weekend with our daughter.
