Good value, helpful staff, convenient location
Only stayed one night. Mainly chose it because of the pool (kids really wanted it after the long drive) and the free parking. Room was clean and comfy for us. AC was a bit noisy during the night, but nothing unbearable. As other reviewers mention it needs a bit of modernisation but I thought for a family of 4 considering the free parking and indoor pool, it was decent value for money. Also staff were helpful and gave us a map and instructions on how to get to the city by tram (which worked out perfectly).

Nice hotel. Well located, convenient for the trams. Quiet, convenient, comfortable, decent breakfast, goid sized roons, nice leisure centre and pool.

Lovely City
Stayed in Strasbourg for a one night stopover on our way back from Switzerland. Nice City with good tram system. Hotel position is excellent with free parking avoiding need to drive into centre. Tram stop in front of hotel. Heatwave at time of visit meant we didn’t do as much as we would have if a little cooler.

As some others have said hotel is dated in design but clean and well maintained. Big comfortable rooms. Helpful and welcoming staff made it a very enjoyable stay. Well located and easy transport links. Would absolutely stay again. Ample free parking. Easy motorway access.
