Cozumel Palace All Inclusive

The staff was amazing. They were friendly, responsive, approachable, and remembered us after a day or two. I can't speak highly enough of everyone that keeps the place running. Everything was also extremely clean and it was obvious they are going out of their way to sanitize everything. Our room initially smelled very must and everything was damp, including the bedding. When we told them about it they responded immediately and took care of the issue. However, the resort is starting to show its age. There are broken or missing tiles in the pools, some minor issues with lights or outlets here and there, stained or missing grout in the showers, etc. The biggest disappointment was that the resort no longer offers the $1500 credit for extras like diving and the spa (or free airport transfer) for non-members. I partially blame Expedia for not mentioning that some major amenities like that had been removed about 2 weeks before we booked. I understand that they are trying to drive memberships and bring in more money, however I don't think the prices when paying cash are competitive. This was out 3rd time there, and I honestly don't know that we'll go back until the credit and cost situation is resolved and/or the resort is updated.

Beautiful property, centrally located, very polite employees. Views are spectacular from every room! Food is very good and the drinks actually have alcohol in them ! Nightly entertainment was a huge bonus ! We enjoyed our 4 night stay .

I absolutely love this resort! I can not wait to go back. The staff and services are impeccable. The snorkeling right in front of the hotel is so beautiful. The food was also very good. The only negative thing i could say is i had to tell the staff no salt on my food. Oh and tbe beds and pillows are super comfortable!

Excellent. Been going there for 20 years. Staff and everyone there great job. Awesome property. Great food, excellent entertainment, room awesome. Going again in November. Only down side, they are taking away the room credits in August. We used them for diving. Not happy about that.

It was the perfect size and setting was tremendous as was the service.

We loved the all inclusive. It gave us more flexibility about what and when we ate. All of the food was delicious. There was always something to do at the resorts or the surrounding area. The staff was very helpful.

Loved our stay at the conzumel palace. Staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The infinity pool and sunrise/sunset views were amazing. You can walk to the local shops and ferry to Playa del Carmen easily. We were left a special birthday treat in our room. Rooms were breath- taking. We flew into Conzumel-smaller airport and easier to navigate.

Amazing stay... Friendly people & delicious food. A I travel all over the Caribbean and these guys have the BEST Food of anywhere we've been.
