one of the best stays ever everything was perfect 24 hr reception which is difficult to find in apartment in gran via the main street in the city even metro station is just 100 m near it and staff was very friendly A place I will go again if i come to Madrid again

The room was clean and very comfortable and the location excellent, right in the shopping district, close to tourist sites and business. Also has a metro station close by. The check in experience was very disappointing for myself and others who arrived in the afternoon of Tuesday 22 October. The hotel advised check in after 3pm, which is fair enough, but I arrived at 3.30pm and my room and others were not ready. I had to wait until 4pm to occupy my room, which is completely unacceptable after a long journey. The reason given was the the previous occupiers left late, causing issues with making up the room. That is not of course my problem and suggests poor management by the hotel. It’s a pity because this spoilt my experience and I would look elsewhere in future when going to Madrid.

The room was beyond adequate and the staff was exceptional! We will definitely return to this location!

Location can’t be beat. Close to the metro and central city sites. Desk was open 24 hrs a day with great help and suggestions. Clean and comfortable.

we had a good stay at gran via centric, The apartment is strategically located along the busy and famous gran via with all the shops, and attractions in walking distance. The reception was very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Arian for helping us out whenever we needed. The location is great. However there is no cleaning service available unless you request for it which is chargeable at 15Euro.
