Radisson Hotel & Suites, Gdansk

Excellent stay! Great service! Friendly staff! Highly recommend :)

Rooms and service were great. Cannot comment on food as we didn't have any. Spa was OK but water was a bit cold and only 1 out of 3 saunas was opened. the hotel needs a bit better service for managing number of guests in the spa. No space was available at the time so we were called when the space was available. 5 mins later when we came down, again, no space was available. Surely we should have been given a few minutes to come down. We were offered that one of us can go in and the other can wait... Not really acceptable.

No cleaning "due to the Coronoa". The big sauna was not working, only the small one was working. also "due to the Corona". The salt cave had no salt in it and when I asked the only person there how to operate the chairs, he told me that he is a lifeguard and I should not bother him with questions. Rooms are very small, just enough for the bed. Was told that I have 20% in the restaurant but when the bill came they said it was not put to the system and I had to pay a full price. The stuff was not helpful.

The location is absolutely perfect. It is right near the Green Gate which opens to the main area in Gdansk. Just out the door are many restaurants, bars, and several rooftop lounges. The location is only mildly dog-friendly. For instance, they do not have dog bowls for food and water but they will give you human bowls if you ask. The TVs are not smart so you cannot cast your streaming from your phone even if you buy (and I did) a device to do so at the local malls like the Forum which are only a 20 minute walk through old town.

The hotel is very new, clean and fresh. Good service. Due to Covid-19 breakfast is served to the table instead of having the buffé, which causes some waiting time in “rush” hour. The location of the hotel is perfect - in the middle of Gdańsk and close to main attractions. I’m planning to come back again soon.

Room 2603. Besides the conditioning not functioning properly, the room was perfect! The view wasn't the best as I was in the construction side, but that's not important to me. Bed was super comfy, shower and bathroom worked great, and everything else in the hotel in general was clean and had friendly staff.
