This is a great hotel in a great location. The transfer service to and from the airport is outstanding. The staff is friendly and very professional.

From the initial boat ride on your own private boat provided by the hotel to the friendliness of the staff to the location - all perfect. the staff are very attentive and I ended up tipping significantly as they did such a great job!! I will be going back and thoroughly recommend The District!

We had a wonderful time ,it was a moment of 8 days in paradise here.I will be looking back when I go home and i will be advising myself to go back there once again.Those people who work there are amazingly positively spirited and they never forget one thing that is smilling.

As the hotel is new, it is very clean and tidy. I hope this standard is maintained. All staff are extremely pleasant and polite. Food in the Italian restaurant is good and competitive with the better restaurants in the area, but the staff there are inexperienced and sometimes get orders wrong. Roof top bar was not open and the cushions for the sun beds […] disappeared (apparently for cleaning) after the first day, but never re-appeared during the rest of my vacation. It's quite expensive so you would expect better quality accommodation and service which, generally speaking, you got. Lisateave

I rarely write reviews, but this hotel definitely deserved one from me. When we first got to the hotel, my wife and I thought it was a little too expensive given the size / features of the room. We had paid for 7 nights and thought we had been somewhat ripped off. We expressed our view to the receptionist and they immediately upgraded us to the best […] room in the hotel! We then came to realise that what we initially paid and got is in fact the going rate on Boracay and having seen some other hotels and their locations, I must admit that the District Hotel was probably the best hotel on the island. The location is bang smack in the middle of the beach with a perfect strip of ocean, the staff were extremely kind and helpful, they cleaned our room twice a day (never had this before!), they delivered free treats each night to our room and the restaurant below had awesome food. This was truly a 5 star experience and we will definitely be at this hotel again. For those who are a little budget conscious, you can find much cheaper places to stay at, but the quality will be nothing like what we experienced. My wife and I love to live lavishly on holidays and the District Hotel was a big tick in our books. Lisateave

Enjoyed our stay at The District. Main reason why we chose it was the location. We wanted to be in Boat Station 2 - where it was close to all the lively/happening places; as well as a convenient short walk to D'Mall and the restaurants around it. Hotel is new with good location (Station 2) in front of beach, 2 minutes walk to D-Mall, very convenience. Hotel is new with modern design, room is clean & spacious with King size bed, quiet even though near to Station 2. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Hotel price is reasonable. The District is still in the middle of their soft opening, so we needed to be a little understanding. The rooms are very nice and the location is awesome - only steps away from the D-mall and lots of reasonable dining options on the beach. But they were still putting up lighting while we were there. The staff are all very helpful and there's no doubt […] they want to give a good impression. Some small problems, 1) the walls are a little thin, and when you're next to a loud Asian family sharing a room that likes to get up early, you notice it, 2) the internet is free, but the service on the higher floors comes and goes - we had to do most of our email either on the balcony or down by the pool, and 3) the water pressure was a little weak on the top floor - but after being in some places in Asia with no hot water, this was a blessing. Overall, I would recommend the place as a more upscale option for mid-White beach. Lisateave

This was my first time in Boracay, so I have no other comparisons. First, the good. Location right on the beach, friendly staff, modern and clean feel. The staff let me check out late (1400) Bad: Very, and I mean very bad sound proofing of the rooms. I could hear everything happening in the hallway and in the room next door. The problem is not the walls, […] but the doors. If you get a room that has a connecting door to the room next to it, you will hear even a quiet conversation. Some construction seemed to be going on, with some banging during the daytime. My feeling is that the restaurant is a bit overpriced. The internet is too slow for any use beyond email and facebook and such. Lisateave

The place is nicer than the photos. I never thought it is that spacious. Very clean, accessible and elegant! Staff are courteous ang friendly. The housekeeping just failed to replenish our toiletries the following day but you can always call their attention.

화이트비치 바로 앞에 위치해 있고 호텔 전용 일광욕의자를 사용할 수 있어서 바다를 즐기기에 좋았어요. 디몰과 가까워서 디몰이나 근처 식당을 이용하기에도 편했습니다. 디몰과 가까워 자는 동안 시끄럽지 않을까 싶었는데 디몰이나 클럽의 소음은 실내로 전혀 들어오지 않았습니다. 오히려 옆방의 소음이 매우 잘 들렸는데, 이점은 디스트릭트쪽에서 보완을 해야 할 것 같았습니다. 호텔은 모던하고 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 풀장도 작지만 일행과 즐거운 시간을 보내기에는 충분합니다. 전체적으로 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

호텔측에 의뢰해 pick up service를 받아 오후에 도착한호텔은 매우 modern하고 세련된 느낌이었다.pick up은2인 2300php였고 공항에서 호텔 문앞까지이다. 호텔방은매우 깔끔하고침대가 매우 큰편이며 발코니에서 비치가 보인다. 욕조가 없는게 흠일수 있지만 게의치 않을만큼 호텔은 훌륭하다. 호텔을 나서면 바로 앞이 파란바다이고 왼쪽으로잠시 걸으면 d mall이 나온다.직원들은 모두 매우 친절했으며 무료로 썬베드를 이용할수 있다. 썬베드 이용시 찬타월을 가져다 주는 센스도 보여주었다. Overall 더 디스트릭트는 매우 훌륭한 호텔이다!

Throughout all my stays in hotels all over the world I have never come across such friendly and service-minded staff. On top of that it is a beautiful hotel perfectly located on White Beach. In spite of parts of the hotel still being under construction I had an exquisite hotel experience.

まだ２階３階は工事中ですので多少うるさいです。完成してからの利用をすすめます。難点は値段もそこそこ高いホテルにもかかわらず部屋にセーフティボックスがありません。
