I found the airport shuttle and no one bothererd to help me with my bags. I ask for help and another traveler from S. Korea helps me, not the driver. This showed the basic attitude of the service at this place. Room service hung up on me, telling me, "No English." I called the front desk hoping to place an order and they hung up on me also. On a second […] call, they asked me to come downstairs to order, I refused, as I was in pajamas, and they advertise room service. Then they found a manager who spoke English to help me. At the breakfast buffet, if I asked for more coffee cups or something because there were none, I was told, "NO" before asking again. The lousy attitude and lack of hospitality was constant. The English speaking manager told me they are very short handed and the employees live on the property and receive very low pay for long hours. This of course is no exuse for such bad attitudes in the hospitality industry. The surrounding neighborhood was very ghetto, but this place has the airport shuttle so you can go get on the subway and go into the town during your stay. There is no safe deposit box in the room as stated on hotel.com. The smell of mold in the property was bad all through the halls, but the rooms were clean and good sized. Lisateave

The Holiday Villa was a great hotel for the price. They let me stay extra hours waiting for the flight at a cost although not too steep. There was no fuss at all. The room was large and clean although a bit, only a bit, run down. There was no fridge or safe or wi fi. Wi fi is in the lobby tho and there is an internet connection in the room. For westerners […] the breakfast was not much fun. There are some new shops surrounding the hotel and it is a good little area to explore. They gave me a "superior" room for the same rate, but the sink was leaking in the bathroom so badly that the floor was always wet. I tried soaking it up with a towel, but even that did not work,. It's a nice hotel still developing the area so not much to see but it very convenient for an over night stay..Try and call the hotel ahead of time for a pick up. It was difficult to find someone in the airport who would call for you.

ok for layover. horrible hotel. Not ready for business travelers. Cheap rates however they make up for it with heavy fines. I was in a hurry to check out to make my flight. It took 40 mins. for me to get them to understand i need luggage to be carried out of my room for checkout. Correcte afhandeling. Vooraf boeken aan te raden, daar het hotel wordt gebruikt voor de opvang van gestrande passagiers, waardoor er lantge rijen voor de balie kunnen staan. Prima hotel, dichtbij vliegveld.

今回は乗継で広州1泊でしたので、空港から近いので利用しました。 夜10時くらいに空港を出てホテルにタクシーで向かいましたが、約20分くらいでした。 ・空港→ホテルのタクシー移動は、中国語が出来ないと苦労します ・部屋は非常に大きく、きれい。全く問題なし ・朝の空港送迎バスは便利 空港からホテルへタクシー移動するのは、苦労する方がいるかと思います。 距離が近いため、運転手が最初から不機嫌、メーターは20元でしたが、 近すぎるからと30元要求してきました。まぁ10元＝140円程度ですので、払いましたが。 私は中国駐在しており、ある程度中国語がわかること、運転手の悪態には慣れている（笑）ですが、中国が初めての方でしたら、ほかの移動手段が良いかと思います。 部屋は非常に清潔できれい、風呂、ト […] イレも問題なし。 Lisateave

今回は中国国内乗り継ぎのため2泊しました。場所は白雲空港から車で10分位の距離。迎えのバスは常時待機していないので、ホテルに電話すれば15分以内に所定の場所に来てくれます。 ホテルの周りにレストランやコーヒーショップが深夜まで営業しているし、スーパーやショッピングアーケードもあって便利です。 部屋は広く、清潔、周りは農村のためかとても静かです。朝食は6時から、空港行きの無料バスは一時間毎に出ています。スタッフの対応も良く、また利用したいです

早朝の便に搭乗するために前泊利用しています。今回は二度目です。指定された部屋番号が ４２１だったので変更依頼したら気持ちよく応じてくれました。 英語は通じるし宿泊費はリーズナブルで金額の割には部屋の広さや、清潔度やサービスもよく、送迎もあるし、空港に近いのでこれからも利用するつもりです。 今回朝食をとるため６時にレストランへ行ったら、団体客が既に食事をしていて、ほとんどの皿がカラで食べるものが限られていたのは残念でした。 前回はミネラルウォーターが部屋に二本準備されていたので今回忘れているのかなと思いフロントに問い合わせたら今回はついていないとのことでした。

トランジットにより利用させて貰いました。夜9時チェックインの朝7時にチェックアウト。別棟の最上階の部屋でした。最初、案内係の方と一緒にカードキーを持って部屋に案内されましたが、キーで入室したら、どなたかが利用中の部屋でした。隣の部屋と間違ったらしいのですが、自分のカードキーで隣の部屋が開錠されてしまうとは。セキュリティあったもんじゃないです。逆に自分が泊っている部屋も誰かが開錠してしまう可能性もあるんですよね。朝食は６時からでしたが調理中の品も多く7時くらいになってようやく品数が揃うのではないかと思います。

空港から車で１０分の距離で無料送迎があり便利だった。フロントでは英語が通じたが、宿泊客の多くは中国の人だった。地下鉄人和駅からは電話をすれば迎えに来てくれるとの事だったが中国携帯を持たない私は駅前からホテルまで２０元でタクシーを利用。歩ける距離だった。部屋内はとても清潔で洋風便器、シャワー、洗面所も清潔であった。ひとつ難点は窓の鍵一つがかからず、窓から壊れかかった倉庫のようなものが見え残念だった。朝食も朝６時から提供されバイキング形式でそれなりによかった。値段も安いし、空港に近いので又利用してもいいかなと思う。

格安のホテルです。電話をすれば、ミニバンでの空港ピックアップをしてくれます。ミニバーは無いですが、5分ぐらい歩くとコンビニがあります。価格なりのホテルです。
