Rented 2 rooms with queens and pullout sofa. Rooms were clean. Donna at checkin was very friendly. Hotel is only about a year old. Average breakfast. Overall, a good place to stay near Houston. Near freeway off ramp made it easy to get to and we didn't hear the traffic once we were in the room. Room was comfortable although the water pressure in the shower was very low. Nicely appointed But we were given a room above the lobby, directly across from the elevator. We decided it was only one night, so how bad could it be? BAD!! But not because of the lobby or elevators - the hotel is freeway close, very close - it's a lot like being on the onramp! My husband has 90o/o hearing loss and could hear the trucks all night! The room is very spacious and the bed very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. The large flat screen TV was enjoyable and the free WiFi was great. Room was excellent, clean, lot of room. Bed was a bit too high for short legs, hard to climb into. Clerk at check in not so good, probably because he was new, this is a new hotel. He had my credit card and my drivers license for too long and was writing something on a piece of paper. I made him show me what he was writing, as someone who has had fraud […] committed after giving my card to someone, I was very uncomfortable. He was jotting down instructions from the computer. Also, I saw no reason to ask for a credit card even in case I had extra charges, as I checked in after 10 pm and was leaving at 6am, no way could I have any charges while I was sleeping.
