Millennium Plaza Hotel Dubai - Dubai

The location was excellent due to proximity to the Metro transit station. This allowed travel all over the city with ease and security.

Got upgraded on arrival to superior room for free stayed on 56th Floor with magnificent views. Right at MRT station 2 stops from Dubai Mall. Rooms were very clean and staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Nice roof top pool. It would deffinately be my first choice of hotels in Dubai.

Nice modern hotel. Dry - no alcohol. Good gym. Internet not included and expensive. Did not eat in hotel. Breakfast expensive.

Booked through hotels.com, didn't get the room I paid for (they put me in a smoking room). Took about 45 minutes to sort out, downgraded to a twin room. Couldn't be bothered to deal with the staff, in Dubai there are just so many other hotels to stay at. Won't be going back. Curtains torn. Good view, friendly porters, next to the metro.

bacially this hotel is excellent but amongst others, location is great. it's located just in fron of hte metro station and so convenient to go anywhere. a room was spacious and clean with a large bathtub. staff was well deciplined. i would definelty recommend.

The hotel is well located and would be fine for one or two nights max. Its amenities are overall average. The lobby decor is so tacky it is actually comical. The pool is very nice and the room's large bathroom and swivel tv are brilliant. The windows and walls are well insulated against noise as well. Room service is prompt and the rooms have cool computer […] controlled lights and room cleaning/quiet requests. Food is average and presentation nice. Now... The baseboards in the toilet room had not been cleaned in months it seemed. Simply disgusting. While staff is very polite, the concept of what a concierge does seems to have eluded this group. The person pretending to hold that position will admonish you for not planning ahead and google is all they know. They screwed up my birthday dinner reservations. Staff pushed the private taxis when my friends asked for a city taxi. (the supposed 'only 10 pct more' turns out more like 30 pct - we walked away). Upon check out very early in the morning, I waited and waited for the only two staff members to notice me while they were arguing over paperwork. I had to interrupt them; it took them another 20 mn to check me out as they were taking personal calls... I travel a lot and appreciate cultural differences but this hotel's staff needs to clean up its act. Lisateave

booked very late for new year stay so couldn't get a beach hotel. it turned out not to be that hot so this hotel was a good choice. Its location right next to metro makes it much handier than a beach hotel. Access to the marina and the creek is very easy and cheap. It doesn't do alcohol but there was "the long bar" about 4 blocks to the south that does […] (5 min walk). good atmosphere there Breakfast was so so and a bit manic. Check in ok but check out was very slow. I had to wait 15 mins to pay for my nuts for the mini bar! Staff didn't know what was going on. The hotel/Long Bar was an excellent location to see the fireworks at the Burg al'Khalifa Lisateave

Hotel room was not bad service was rubbish location in shaikh Zaid road but infront of the metro station so it's abet hard to find and 61 floors with only 4 elvateros the management of the hotel is poor over all

Right in the heart of Dubai! My room had a terrific view of the skyline including Burj Khalifa (world's tallest skyscraper). Breakfast buffet was not included in my room rate, but I paid for the breakfast and really enjoyed the selection of food--lots of healthy choices along with some more decadent choices. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room […] was very clean. My only minor complaint would be that the arrangement of the shower made the bathroom floor a bit wet, so I had to put down extra towels on floor so I didn't create a slippery puddle. nice clean hotel , close to every thing , located in very good place which sheikh zayed road, valet parking free , no noise and bed comfortable . every time i come to this hotel with my wife i really enjoy my stay. i would recommend that for everyone

The only problems I faced were with respect to cab drivers knowing about and finding tihs hotel. Otherwise this was a phenomenal place to stay. I would advise them to include an hour of wifi everday in the hotel price. It is not much and it would make everyone very happy.

Fantastic staff, and amenities. Only thing wrong was a friend and i had booked two beds on website but when we got to hotel they only had king bed available. They did upgrade the room for us and was ok having to share! Nicest hotel i have stayed in Dubai.

Det var nära till BurjKhalifa samt till de publika stränderna. För övrigt så fanns det en del fina ställen att äta på i närheten. Metron är precis utanför men taxin är så pass billig att vi aldrig åkte metro.. Trevlig och service inriktad personal med jätte fina rum.

kein 5 Sterne Haus, aber die Lage und der vergleichsweise angemessene Preis machen es dennoch zu einer Empfehlung für den Dubai-Besucher, der mit der Metro viel von Dubai erkunden möchte.

Sommes restés 1 nuit avant de reprendre l'avion. Hôtel neuf. Belles prestations dans l'ensemble, mais sûrement pas du niveau d'un 5*. Entrée derrière une station de métro: les taxis ne la voient pas et vous laissent loin si vous avez des bagages. Services défaillants: avions réservé pour 3 avons eu chambre single en fumeurs! Avons du argumenter pour […] avoir une chambre pour 3. Au lieu lit enfant, lit BB, pas propre et non fait! Il nous a été propose leur véhicule pour l'aéroport "au même tarif que les taxis" en fait nous avons du prendre le taxi car le véhicule n'était pas la à l'heure alors que reservé et avons payé 26 AED au lieu des 100 qu'ils avaient prétendu être le tarif normal. Avons failli rater notre avion. Nous avons fait part de notre mécontentement, le manager a rit... Seuls points +: ok si discount sur les prix, pas loin de l'aéroport et Burj Khalifa. Lisateave
