Rhona and Tommy are really lovely and provide a warm welcome accommodating mountain bikes in the garage and providing an excellent service. The grounds are also very comfortable for just hanging out! The hotel is delightful, a great location with easy access to Whinlatter forest for mountain biking. The owners kindly stored our bikes in the garage. Superb breakfast with a choice of good quality products. Rooms at the front are noisy due to the nearby road and the singly room is a bad deal as it's just above the main door so you get disturbed by […] everyone coming in late. Grounds are lovely and would definitely recommend with the proviso that a room at the back of the house forsakes the view but you will get a quieter night. Lisateave

From arriving at stunning location to leaving our break was perfect.The views are great with walks from the doorstep,The hotel clean,comfortable everything we required.The breakfasts had a good choice and set you up for the days activities.The hosts Rhona and Tommy very friendly and helpful.PERFECT cant wait to return!

Lovely warm welcome from Tommy and Rhona. Room was lovely and clean with the most spectacular view of the Skiddaw. Close enough to the pub to walk. Excellent breakfast cooked by Tommy. We were made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend Maple Bank. Plenty of parking.

Very nice but staff were absent for just about our whole stay, couldn't find anyone to help us and the heater didn't work, it was freezing, also their free wifi didn't work either. NIce breakfast though.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with great views that really do live up to the photographs. Nice cooked breakfast and very convenient for Keswick with several nice pubs within walking distance for evening meals/quiet pints.

Wemhad a Greta time and Rhona and Tommy were Greta hosts. Highly recommend the experience.
