This is a very basic no frills hotel. If you just need a place to sleep and clean up this does its job. I actually liked the location since it was away from the all the craziness of Patong Beach. My family and I stayed at Patong Bay Residence Hotel for 3nights and we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Rooms were big and clean,location was good - walking distance to the beach and also to Juncelyon. Most importantly was the quality of service the hotel provided which excellent(we felt). The hotel was clean and basic, the rooms were nice - very spacious. Bathroom was good for Thailand standards. Housekeeping was avaliable daily. The room was quiet and well air conditioned, bed was large and alot of room to spread things out in the room, there was also a safe avaliable. I got a little makeup on one of the towels, and it was washed and […] didnt come out (this happens to me all the time at home, and I rewash and soak) however instead they charged me 500BHT ($15aud) for the towel, which I was then allowed to keep, but was disappointing as I have never had this happen in a hotel before. Breakfast was included but was very basic, just including eggs, cereal and toast from a select yourself type buffet. Rooms were spacious and modern, lots of room and has a decent size balcony. The staff was friendly but limited english but you have to expect that where ever you go in Thailand. Room was always clean well and the area is great, 3min walk behind hotel to beach, 2min walk to Patong strip. This hotel is great quality for the price. Large, well-furnished room with air-con and big LCD tv (not that I had time to watch it). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was weakest aspect, very basic but certainly enough to start the day. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel is clean,room is big,walking distance to the beach. Botom line is a very good deal for the money. Breakfast is very basic,you can just forget about it. Internet is slow but it's working. No complain.

Das Hotel ist funktional, wenn man ohnehin die meiste Zeit am Strand oder im Ort verbringt, akzeptabel, wenngleich es in unmittelbarer Umgebung, schon in derselben Straße, bessere Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse gibt. Die Auswahl des Frühstücks ist extrem bescheiden, die Englischkenntnisse des Personals sind sehr begrenzt, aber zumindest werden die […] Zimmer täglich gereinigt und sind soweit in Ordnung. Wir können uns nicht völlig beklagen, werden aber bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt ein anderes Hotel ausprobieren. Lisateave

Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Es liegt ziemlich zentral, 10 Minuten vom Zentrum (Banglaroad) und 5 Minuten zum Strand.

Hotel economico pero bueno tirando a muy bueno bien ubicado lejos del lio de patong a 3 minutos caminando. Recepcionista de la noche un desastre total. De dia ahi una chica con muy buena ptedisposicion. Desayuno malo pero por ese precio no se puede pedir mucho.

Hôtel bien situé pas loin de ceintre mais pas trop près non plus, proche de toutes commodités. Les photos internet ne sont pas représentatives de la réalité :l'état général de l'hôtel est plus usé et veillit que sur ces photos. Les fauteuils de l'acceuil sont remplacés par une table recouverte d'un drap blanc en dessous duquel se cache le petit déjeuner... […] Le personnel est très sympathique en revanche le déjeuner est minimaliste (café,thé, confiture et pains de mie, oeufs, céréales, jus de fruits au goût très chimique) et il n'y a pas de gel douche fournis dans la salle de bains.
