You get what you pay for! Hotel was clean but basic. Air conditioning worked-just. Breakfast was OK. Reception staff were very friendly. The main problem with this hotel is its location, it is an awful area, like a ghetto. There were crowds of men hanging about the streets, some who looked stoned.Fortunately there were plenty of police about which made […] matters worse because obviously they thought the area was unsafe too! This is the first hotel I've ever stayed in in all of Greece where the air conditioner did not cool the room. They have central air conditioning and it barely creates the effect of a room fan. Forget about cooling the room. The staff was very helpful and offered to move me to another room, but they all were as bad. The same bad system in all the rooms. […] The location is also not good. The Hotel is OK for the money you pay. The only problem I had was the air conditioning. The breakfast is also poor. The mayor problem is the location. Everything around Omonia square is awful. The area is dangerous, and unpleasant. I do not recomend this Hotel for families, or couples.

This was a nice hotel - the top floor rooms have large balcony and views of the acropolis. It was a great price with a kind staff. We stayed in the hotel on two occasions a few days apart- the second room we stayed in had been updated and was much nicer than the first, If they are updating all of the rooms this will be a steal! We were worried about […] the sounding area because of other posts but we didn't experience any problems. We stayed to main streets at night (I would do that regardless of where I was though) and had no issues. It is an easy hotel to access- just a few blocks down from the metro station. Hotelli on hyvällä paikalla.Metrolla pääsee joka paikkaan. Parasta hotellissa on rehellinen ja ystävällinen henkilökunta!!! Heille täydet pisteet!!! Ulkona liikkumista jalkaisin yöaikaan en suosittele,mutta muuten ei mitään ongelmia.Tänne palaan taas seuraavalla Ateenan matkallani.

Zeer vriendelijke receptie;behulpzaam en gastvrij. De prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is correct. Op loop afstand van de oude stad bij de Acropolis. Vraag een kamer aan de rustiger achterzijde van het hotel.

Nice clean hotel close to metro from Airport, close to interesting things like museums, walks, shopping, hop-on busses. Room with two beds small. Doublebed rooms little bigger. Good breakfast. Nice price. Helpful english speaking staff. Room towards street noicy. Aircondition noisy too. Area daytime quite OK, at night avoid the small back streets. Sauberkeit: zweckmäßig sauber, nichts besonders, aber auch nichts zu beanstanden; Servicequalität: sehr gut, sehr bemühtes Personal, ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse, kleine Bar im Hotel zu sehr fairen Preisen, das beste am Hotel ist sicherlich der sehr bemühte und persönliche Service Hotelausstattung: Naja, für einen Citytrip, wo man ohnehin nicht […] viel am Zimmer ist, ist es okay. Wer allerdings gern große luxuriöse Zimmer hat, wird mit dem Hotel nicht viel anfangen. Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber sehr zweckmäßig. Lage: Sehr gut gelegen, ca 3 min Fußweg zur U-Bahn, man kann vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel sehr bequem mit der Metro fahren, die Häuser in der Gegend wirken zT eher verfallen Gesamturteil: Preis-Leistung sehr gut; ausgezeichnet im Service; ideal für Städtetrips; Lisateave

Bastante agradable. Ya que el precio era económico y la habitación muy agradable. La atención de la recepción muy buena, con un recepcionista que hablaba castellano muy bien. El entorno no es muy bueno, pero quea bastante cercano a los sectores turísticos y al barrio de Psirri, donde hay tabernas muy entretenidas y sin tanto turista.

We spend 2 nights in July 2012 in Hotel Odeon. The hotel is clean, the reception very friendly and helpful and the beds are comfortable. The early morning breakfast was the usual (selection of cereals, bread, eggs, cheese, jam, milk, coffee, etc.) and is in included in the price. The whole hotel also has a free and fast WiFi (fast at least in our room). […] All in all it was a fantastic stay right in the heart of Athens (only appr 20min walk from the Akropolis) and I would recommend this nice hotel to everyone. Hotel gradevole, con personale gentile, discreta posizione per visitare la città, 5 - 10 minuti dal metrò fermata Omonia . Edificio con bella facciata, ingresso elegante, camere un po' piccole ,ma pulite
