Great price, excellent room, super cold AC, nice comfy and clean pool. Took a little while to get some more towels but very minor issue. No complaints.

Overall, the stay was perfectly fine. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator did not cool. We asked the front desk to have it looked at, and they sent a maintenance worker up. He was a nice guy, but he did not speak English, so I didn't know what he was trying to communicate with me. We checked the refrigerator several times after he left, […] and it didn't seem to be fixed. My wife and I had a romantic getaway for 2 days at this La Quinta, and were very pleased on how clean it was. The rooms were so clean and they made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay again soon.

Everything I wanted: clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, nice TV, wireless Internet, coffee in the morning, USA Today, easy parking, all included in reasonable price; and nothing I didn't want to pay for (20-story fern-filled atrium lobbies, 5-star restaurants, ten-dollar drinks, thirty-dollar parking, fifteen-minute walk from my car to my room, […] etc.). i enjoyed my stay at the hotel as it was right off the highway, very clean and the layout of the room was different. there was a rolling shade that covered the window and kept the sun out. on top of the shade was a roman blind which provided additional screen from the sun and outside lights. my only issue with the room was that the walls were very thin. […] i could here people on the top level walking, every door near me closing (room 320) and people takling in the hallway. if i were able to get the top floor i would probably choose this room again however despite the good review i'm not likely to book a room at this location again due to inside noise. I've not stayed at many La Quintas, so I wasn't expecting a lot. This was a really nice hotel, breakfast included, really nice sized room with a comfy bed & lots of pillows. Nice workout room, laundry room, business center (I didn't use any of these but it was nice it was there). We didn't spend too much time at the hotel. We arrived in Dallas with just enough time to check in, which was quick and easy, call a cab, and head over to the American Airlines Center for a hockey game, and we left early in the morning. Even though we didn't use them, I thought it was a plus that the room had a microwave and a fridge. The location was great for us also, close to the American Airlines Center. We went to Dallas to see Maroon 5 concert at American Airlines arena. The hotel was only about 5 minutes from the arena. Also close by airport. Room was very clean and comfortable. Service upfront was great. I wasn't expecting much from the free breakfast but was pleasantly surprised. It included choice of waffles, toast, eggs, sausage biscuits cereal […] and fresh fruit. Would give them all 5's, clean modern room, friendly staff, but I reported a gross gunk in the bottom of the water filter in the workout center in the evening and the morning. Either they cleaned it and it returned, which means they need to fix something, or they never got around to it. My family and I stayed at this La Quinta before departing for our vacation and after ariving back from our vacation. The check-in was quick and easy on both occasions. The staff (different on both occasions) was very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied. The rooms (again different on both stays) were very nice and clean. We were able to rest comfortably […] before and after our vacation. On our second stay, we were able to enjoy the breakfast buffet. The buffet was excellent. You had a choice of fruit, yogart, eggs, sausage, waffles, pastries, and drinks. It was very nice to have a variety of options. Check-out was very quick on both occasions as well. Came into town just for a concert at the American Airlines Center and this was a great location for that. Newer hotel, very clean, friendly staff. They even helped me find a place to get my tire fixed.

Nice room, bed was okay (I like softer beds and more fluffy covers), the tv was a little far from the bed, the shower was fabulous. Great breakfast with waffle maker and eggs as well as cereal and muffins and all the regular breakfast stuff. The staff were nice as well.

Hotel is still relatively new. Be careful about getting a room on the side of the John Carpenter Freeway as the traffic noise was a little annoying until it settled down. Other than that, a very nice property at an affordable rate.

We left San Antonio at 4:00 a.m. so that the babies would sleep through the trip to Dallas. We were going to go to the zoo to kill time before check in at 3:00 p.m. We arrived in Dallas at 10:00 a.m. but the weather was way too cold. We didn't know what to do to kill so much time before check in. My son, went into the hotel and asked if our room was […] ready. The staff said it was and allowed us to go in 5 hours early. What a blessing that was when you are traveling with a 1 year old and 3 year old. They even had some breakfast left over that we took to the room. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. We ended up sleeping until 3:00 p.m. and were very well rested before we left for Medieval Times. Our stay was very comfortable and very enjoyable. Lisateave

It was close to downtown, yet close to Carpenter freeway, which is an easy access to other dfw areas. The exterior was extremely neat and well kept. The lobby and staff were very inviting. The decor, and feel of the hotel was very relaxing. Upon getting to my room, I saw a gorgeous led TV with ocean waves displayed. I liked the touch! A bed with a couch […] pillow was there to greet me and the bathroom was amazing! I couldn't wait to bathe. The room was spacious, the fridge and microwave worked, my girlfriend loved the stocked blowdryer, and the maids cleaned the room to perfection!I have no complaint except that there isn't much of a view but it doesn't matter anyway. It's as good as any downtown hotel, and parking is free. I found a place to stay whenever I am in Dallas. Thank you La Quinta! Lisateave

I WATCHED THIS HOTEL GET BUILT FROM THE GROUND UP. MY FINANCEE CAME IN TOWN, & I RECOMMENDED THIS HOTEL SINCE I HAD NEVER BEEN ON THE INSIDE BUT I ALREADY KNEW IT WAS NICE JUST FROM THE OUTSIDE.
