We stayed one night while travelling through Levis. The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. This hotel was very nice. We had 2 rooms, both with 2 double beds. They were quite spacious, and were very clean. The floors were laminate instead of the usual carpeting found in hotels which was nice. They told us upon check in that the hotel does […] not have any adjoining room, which was a bit of a bummer for us travelling with 3 children and 3 adults but since we were only staying for one night it wasn't a problem. The pool area seemed very nice and clean. We didn't go swimming though as there is a sign saying yelling is not tolerated in the pool and we had 3 small children with us. Probably about half of the hotel rooms have balconies facing the pool, and the restaurant is next to the pool and has a courtyard beside the pool entrance. It is understandable that they would not want yelling in the pool, but that's hard for kids to understand when they are having a lot of fun. Aside from the pool, we just didn't get the vibe that this was a family hotel. So for these 2 reasons we would not recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with children. That being said it was very nice we would definitely recommend it to anyone else. Lisateave

We really appreciated our stay at Hotel L'Oiselière (Lévis, Qc). The room was really clean, with wood floor. The bathroom was also really nice and clean. Among the 4 hotels visited the same week, this was our favorite.

I was trying to find an affordable hotel to stay at for a road trip to Quebec and came across Hotel L'oiseliere, so I booked it. When I arrived, the staff was very polite and courteous, but the best part was the room. The room had no carpet (neither did the whole hotel), just laminated flooring, which was great...less dust and more sanitary. We were very impressed with the Hotel. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and spoke both French & English. The Hotel was extremely quiet, the pool was a great spot to relax and there is a gas station right beside the Hotel. Great access from Highway.The Hotel is a 4 minutes drive to the Ferry that takes you to the Old Part of Quebec City. If you […] plan to take the ferry - take your car and park just a few minutes away near Cruise Ships. The Ferry does not run late so it would be a very expensive cab ride back to Levis. Lisateave

We should have asked earlier about the town of Levis but fortunately discovered it on our last night and had a lovely view of Old Quebec across the river and ate at a terrific restaurant with great service.I believe it was called the Intime but not sure. You have it advertised in you in hotel brochures.

Room was just OK--fine for a 2 Star but not really worthy of this hotel`s 4 Star rating.

This hotel is clean and recently renovated. The superior room was great with a balcony. The pool and the jaccuzi are really great. For the price that's a good choice.

Uber excellent - VERY friendly reception staff. We arrived a little late to make use of their restaurant but they had an over accommodating amount of brochures from establishments that would deliver to the your ROOM! The hotel had everything one would need for an overnight--or longer--stay. WiFi worked perfectly as advertised which is more than many hotels can say if they were honest in advertising it!

we drove from southern Ont to Levis QC on our way to Nova Scotia, and this was really a nice surprise after driving for 10 hours (with a 6 month old!). With a good arm, you can literally throw a stone to the highway from the hotel parking lot. It was modern, very clean, smelled nice. The pool was quite nice with the jungle them and the little bird in […] the cage.. (a bit corny i guess but it was cool to see all the foliage and hear the bird squawking.. made it feel a bit like a jungle oasis. I speak very little French but the staff were very helpful, and everyone we spoke to was bilingual and easy to understand, and what's more, they didn't make you feel inferior if you knew little to no french at all (which i suppose it why quebec can feel intimidating to some).. THe Rooms were clean, with laminte flooring in ours (which helped them smell better than old carpeted rooms).... The bathroom was spacious and nicely done up.. the whole place felt modern and classy... the only negatives were the pillows which were like beanbags.. a bit flimsy and soft.. and the room was a bit on the humid side (due to it facing the pool.. each room has a little balcony that overlooks the pool) ... a little bit the a/c in the room helped to kill that... really though, i would highly recommend this hotel.. definitely the #1 or #1a hotel we stayed in out of the 6 we stayed in on our trip Lisateave

The staff was very helpful, esp. in assissting with the French configured computer and printing my boarding pass. Room was clean and the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus.

Great hotel, room very clean with plenty of room. The pool was very nice as was the hot tub. I only wish I had been more aware of the area. The ads stating the distant into Quebec city were slightly misleading. You definately need a car and the traffic is crazy. It took us about 1hr to drive into the city from the hotel. the Hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly - we don't speak french so we were a bit worried about getting directions etc. They were wonderful! Recommended restaurants and the best methods of getting to attractions in the area. Wonderful hotel. We will definately return if in the area.

The staff was most helpful when I was planning trips to the surrounding area. I had never been to Quebec and the staff gave me great advice on traveling, where the best sightseeing routes were, and where the best parking was.

The Hotel is great stop over hotel. Close to the highway which is good and bad.Good is the being close by the bad is the road noise. Hotel should look at ways to control the highway noises.

We had an excellent experience staying at this very lovely, clean and well maintained hotel. The rooms were very nice, they have excellent service in the restaurant, good food, lovely pool facilities (i.e. hot tub, sauna, pool in a beautiful greenhouse like atmosphere with a bar and tables). The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained - balconies […] look out over the pool area. It also has an excellent location - close to the ferry that takes you over to Quebec city for the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Lisateave

First of all they should let people know that a breakfast is not included in the charge for the stay, but that they can buy coupons for the breakfast. Also it should be clearly stated that the coupons have to be purchased by 12 midnight to use the next morning. I know because I asked, but if you have a family and you don't know, you will find out too […] late. The hotel looks fairly new and it is in adequate condition, but the air conditioning is old fashioned, noisy and antiquated. I was surprised to see such a new building with such an outdated system. The rooms were small but comfortable. The tv's are also old fashioned and out of date for such a newish hotel. I personally don't care but many people rely on the TV to play their games and watch the internet. The desk gives the internet code but fails to tell you to drop the L' from the name. If you don't know this, you will be trying different combinations of letters forever. Just a few thoughts. Lisateave

Nice place to stay with clean comfortable rooms that was very close to the highway. The pool was great - just like in the pictures and a lot of fun for the family. They even had a life guard which I thought was very nice. Did not try the restaurant. No fitness room. Would stay again if visiting QC.

This was probably the cleanest hoyel that I have ever stayed in. Room was very comfortable and nice. People at the front desk ere very helpful. They recommended a restaurant that was within walking distance which was excellent.

(1) They certainly aren't up to snuff for U.S. English-speaking guests. We got by with a lots of gestures and my grade-school French. (2) The bar had no Bourbon whiskey. We settled on a Margareta, which they made with Rose's lime juice. (Food in restaurant was adequate, but nothing to write home about.) I doubt if we'd stay there again.

Pet fee was incorrect on hotels.ca. staff were adamant they were correct despite showing hotel.ca website. No place on website for comments re pets so hotel was not aware that we had a dog with us. It was an issue at check in

Clean, easy access, right by #20, only 20 minutes to drive to river, very scenic. Lots of shopping, restaurants close by. Clean comfortable, maybe a little stark but for us, perfect as it was a stopover for a long trip.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had little storage for clothes and luggage. The mattress was in need of replacement! We always stay in hotels with hot tubs to relax our muscles after many days of travel. In my opinion the hot tub was not therapeutically warm enough in comparison to other hotels of the same rating.

Conveniently located in Levis which is just across the river from Old Quebec city. Levis has more stores for getting necessities while we can walk about Old Quebec without worrying about driving or parking.

paid for a deluxe room and was given a room with a view of the swimming pool pumps very dissapointed since it was to be a romantic weekend for us.sorry but would not return at this hotel.
