Moevenpick Resort Bangtao Beach Phuket - Phuket

This is a lovely quiet hotel with great facilities. Breakfast was almost on the beach with one of the best views around. The pool was always inviting especially after dark We stayed in a two bedroom residence which was hard to fault. The beds very comfortable with lots of space.

Stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 ensuite room with kitchen and lounge and own swimming pool overlooking the beach. It was fantastic and a great place to relax on Bang Tao beach.

Just arrived home from an 11 night stay at the Moevenpick Bangtao Bay This hotel is located at the quieter end of Bangtao Bay - ideal for a peaceful holiday. The hotel itself was excellent. Had the entire family there for a week and everyone was blown away by the beauty of the resort and the friendliness of its staff. Would deffinately stay again.

Friendly staff, great service, nice beach, breakfast is pretty good as well. Minor issues: 1. Furnitures (white sofa and loungers) are a bit dirty, thought it could be maintained a little bit better. 2. Some weird smell in the bathroom, maybe due to the piping issue? 3. The surrounding, which the hotel has no control of, is a bit dirty, trashes were […] sitting outside the trash cans / trash collecting area. This was a great hotel! We had a 2 bedroom pool suite, which is perfect for a family with children! The main pool was huge with a good swim up bar as well.

We booked the Movenpick Bang Tao Resort purely based on reviews on tripadvisor. We saw some amazing photos of the hotel taken by the Movenpick crew and lots of guest photos. And boy we were blown over. The photos on the website do not do justice to the property!! Comforts galore. Excellent design and decor. Great Bose sound systems. Luxurious bedrooms. […] Extravagant bath facing the Laguna. Bedrooms and living rooms facing swimming pool. Very clean and well maintained. Courteous staff always at your service. Always around when you need something especially near the pool area. Very helpful for arranging trips, baby sitter, taxi etc. Amenities in hotel are very good. Free fast wifi was a boon. Never had to turn on data roaming. Hotel has a shortcut direct access gate to the beach which was great as they provide chairs, towels and drinks on the beach as well. The beach is good and you can walk up and down to access beach side restaurants from there. Breakfast was free and buffet type. Quite elaborate spread of continental and Asian dishes. We enjoyed breakfasts. They offer good coffees but not exactly barista quality but made by a fully automatic coffee machine. Abundant variety of fresh juices and fruits in breakfast spread. Our family of four stayed in the 3 BDRM Penhouse Suite with Jacuzzi. The room was very spacious and pleasing to the eye. The refrigerator was stocked with various drink items when we arrived (beer, soda, water,...) and there were snacks available as well. The bedrooms were well appointed and beautiful. The room had views of the sea from the front, of […] the lagoon from the back and the mountains from the side. True, the beach was a VERY short walk from our room, however, this was never a problem. The Beach Club bar/restaurant on the beach was terrific as was the staff. We always had chairs on the beach and the water was nice and clear. Had the chef and staff in one evening to prepare a meal for our family and four others. They did a great job and the food was very good. Had a great time at Moevenpick and hope to return again soon. My family of 5 (including 3 teenagers: 13, 15, 17) spent 11 awesome nights at Moevenpick Bang Tao. Our 3 bedroom suite was massive. We couldn't believe each bedroom had its own ensuite, flat screen tv and bar fridge. There is even a fourth toilet down the hallway. We had a corner suite with views of the lake and the pool. Although the resort was booked […] out at the time of our travels Jan 1 - 12, we often had the 48 metre pool to ourselves. The Beach Club across a small service road provided the perfect sunset view and great cocktails. The many restaurants along the beach served delicious and cheap local cuisine as well as European food. The whole Laguna area is fabulous if you want to get away from the crowds of Patong, which is only 30 mins away by taxi. The only negative I could find would be the breakfast buffet - not really worth the money and the restaurant is in need of air conditioning. Most days I cooked breakfast in my room - a cheaper and cooler alternative. We will definitely return, as it is truly fabulous. Lisateave

Superbe hotel. Chambres magnifiques, tres vastes. Nous avions une residence Two bedrooms avec vue sur piscine et enfants (ados) et parents etaient ravis. Il faut traverser une rue pour aller au petit dej et a la mer. ce n'est absolument pas gênant. La baie est magnifique. Le coin est tranquille avec de très bons restos tout près, un golf, d'autres activités. […] A recommander pour des vacances entre amis, en famille mais si vous recherchez de l'animation nocturne, choisissez plutot un hôtel vers Patong. 自転車を借りれて、近くのスーパーに、行きました。またプライベートビーチがあるので、そこのレストラン（ロータス：やや高め、SOM：手頃）に行ったりと、食事には困らず、遊びもプールと海岸といろいろあるので楽しめました。60代の両親も気に入っていました。 ホテルの朝食も満足です。 スタッフもとても親切で居心地はよかったです。ただ市街地までは遠い＆交通の便が悪いです。観光用ではなく、ホリデー満喫用だと思います。サウナも無料で利用できました。

synd att detta vackra hotel har så höga priser därav inga gäster på hotellet så man kände sig som en kung då alla ville passa upp på en. Vi knep ett classic rum till bra pris men det stod inget på hotels.com att det ej fanns balkong, Dåligt! Taxipriserna från detta hotell var högre än att åka till hotellet.
