Great hotel if you have am early or late flight. Located close to the airport, but a bit of a drive to the center of Santiago. Very comfortable, clean and the staff is always helpful.

I know that many reviews have commented on the lack of anything in the neighbourhood(which is true) but we were aware of this before we booked and were merely using it as a place to have a rest, shower, etc, for 12 hours between long haul flights and we were very glad that we did. Yes it may be a bit further from the airport, and yes you had to get […] a shuttle there but after reading all the reviews for the only 2 hotels near the airport, I made the choice to stay at the Hilton Gardens - largely because they had a much earlier check-in time (and then they let us check in early). The room was great, faclities were excellent and the bed was so comfortable. The only down side was one of the pillowcases had bloodstains on it but this was quickly rectified. Not all the staff spoke good English, but the man that checked us in did so that was very easy. As for the restaurant - While I did not particularly like my main course it was probably to do with my selection and certainly my husband's meal was very nice. It was made so much better by the service provided by Ivves, our waiter, who spoke very good English and was very helpful and informative. We really enjoyed talking with him. There were no issues with transport to or from the airport and we would definitely stay here again in simila circumstances. Although we didn't use them, the spa and pool looked very nice. Lisateave

Facilities seem to be new. Everything is perfectly clean and service was very good. Great temperated indoor pool and jacuzzi. My kids really enjoy our stay there. Food was very good, offering some traditional chilean cuisine. They offer complimentary shuttle service every half hour to the airport.

A nice hotel that met all of our requirements. Staff were friendly and helpful. The transit to the hotel from the airport involved a wait which was longer that I would have liked but it was ok.

We chose this hotel because of the short distance from the airport after coming in on a late flight. The hotel offers a complimentary shuttle from the airport, which was very efficient. The hotel is very new, clean, and modern looking. It has all the amenities of a good "American" hotel. Only a shower, no bathtub. The main shower head did not work. Had to use the hand held accessory to shower......not acceptable to have not ensured the shower worked 100%.

We stayed for one night at the Hilton Garden Inn. It is a great hotel - nice rooms, clean comfortable beds, nice pool and jacuzzi, great service. They have free airport shuttle too. The only issue is it is far from the city center - very close to airport. We were just transiting through SCL so, was not an issue. Very nice rooms in a hotel in the middle of nowhere, very close to the airport if that is important, but quite a bit overpriced - especially given the fact that there is no breakfast included and the restaurant's food (for dinner) is subpar and that is all there is to choose from given the isolation of the place. There is a free shuttle to the airport […] and you can take a bus from there to a part of Santiago where you can take public transport anywhere, but if you wanted to cab it anywhere at all, tack on a lot of extra expenditures on top of the high rate you are already paying for the room. The fitness center is barely that, small and sparsely equipped. The pool is small, and indoor, and dark. It is not a hotel that one can "hang out" in, and it really needs to be that, due to the fact that it is so isolated. Stay there only if you have a flight leaving early or arriving late. Lisateave

The hotel was wonderful. Its location is not near anything without taking a taxi into Santiago. Their complimentary shuttle to the airport is very helpful and runs every 30 minutes. You can check out at noon and leave bags with them if you have a late flight. Their restaurant/bar was nice and service was very good.

Airport hotel - nice pool for kids, decent restaurant, free transport to and from airport. Middle of nowhere so do not recommend for anything else but a stop over between flights.

Really nice pool if you are just trying to waste some time. Disappointing service from reception. I told them that the phone was not working in the room and they knew that calls were not connecting in but they did not try (very hard - kept saying they were) to fix the problem. New and modern hotel with great facilities - does a perfect job of a stopover hotel but would not recommend for an extended stay as there is nothing else near to the hotel.

Good fitness center, impeccable pool and superb restaurant. A real pleasure. I was awrned there was no shuttle from the airport to the hotel and told I has to ask for a transfer whicg was immediately arranged at the airport.

We chose the Hilton Garden Hotel as we needed to fly out of Santiago early the following morning and it is very close to the airport. The hotel was very comfortable and modern and suited us very well. The restaurant was well priced and the food was good.

The beds were a little on the hard side but other than that, this was a great stopover place to stay before we took our long plane ride back home. Breakfast buffet was lovely and reasonably priced for a hotel of this quality. I would even consider staying here if I wanted to go into the main part of Santiago, that's how nice it was.

Found out that breakfast was not included in our room rate from Expedia.No mention made of this anywhere! We paid $12 Aus each which seems exhorbitant when every other hotel we stayed in included breakfast. It was not mentioned in the Expedia booking details.

The hotel is very close to the airport (5 minute drive). As I was en route to Easter Island it's location was perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Great bed and shower. A convenient rest stop.

Hotel is 10 minutes from airport with free shuttle bus to airport good for overnight stopover . Not much around hotel middle of nowhere but good for stopover. Hotel is excellent good service good food ,good bed.

This hotel is new and very nice. It is around the airport so convenient for that reason but otherwise no food or shopping around that area. We had dinner at the hotel and it was pretty good for hotel food. The staff was very friendly and they used great English. Overall very nice stay for one night between flights.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable and staff are very accommodating. A 10 min ride from the airport and the hotel covers the cost of the taxi. Nice breakfast buffet but not included. About 15 mins from downtown sights.

We stayed here to avoid early morning drive to airport from central Santiago. This is a first-rate hotel with very nice accommodations---sleekly modern room and nice indoor pool/gym area. Very friendly staff, new facilities. Pool is lovely. Good but expensive food. Excellent beds, pillows and sheets. Wonderful bathroom and shower (no yucky shower curtain). Easy and free 5 minute transport to and from Santiago Airport.

We stayed twice in this Hotel past 10 days while transiting in Santiago airport. Hotel spa , indoor pool jacuzzi , sauna etc are superb and add great deal to unwind in between flights. Great rooms, excellent restaurant. Located in the middle of no-where but the complimentary taxi/limo rides to and from the airport mean that all the transport needed is 5 minutes away. Really recommend eating in the restaurant.
