It is a splendid hotel.I paid for a DELUX CLUB KING, which was advertised as being on levels 51 to 59 but i was placed at the 42nd level because the hotel was "full". Some how it kept eating at me that i didnt get what i paid for it almost ruined my stay. But not to be a drama king i have to say that the staff were wonderful, the chef at the Nahaam […] was the best. the staff at the club executive lounge were wonderful. Excellent experience. Well trained staff. Signature Jumeirah group hospitality. Great location. Quality food, drinks and selection of restaurants. Scotts and BICE are great restaurants and Quest is a must have dining experience with a twist.. 180 degree views and very nice bathroom in the grand deluxe room we stayed in. TV wasnt quite placed in the […] ideal position but we didnt watch or care. Slight noise by poolside from the construction next door but music from poolbar and BICE terrace overrides it. The Expedia perks are definately worth it. They upgraded our room upon arrival, and a bottle of wine was sent up as well. No lack of restaurants within the hotel, and the location near Emirates Palace, Corniche, and Marina Mall is just about perfect. Definately would go back, and definately would book it on Expedia again!

I chose this hotel because of the pictures of the bathroom with the view and glass walls, so i chose this certain type of rooms. When i went there they told me that the deluxe rooms (i think this is my room type) are full and they will upgrade my reservation to grand room ( a bigger room but guess what! With normal bathroom ( no view at all ) and when […] said to them I just need my room I don't need any upgrade, they gave me very bad excuses .. So i think this was unfair because They ruined my surprise .. Even the hotel was very modern, luxury and clean .. And they put 3 hot meals in the executive lounge .. But I was mad about the room. Rays bar on the 65 floor was very impressive if not a little smokey (seems like a step back in time having smoke free bars in the UK for so long now ) The hotel restaurants looked fantastic although we didn't dine in any of them. The pool area and beach area were a great place to soak up the sun. The pool and beach area were very very full during our visit but i never felt cramped or overlooked. The staff in all areas of the hotel were extremely helpful and polite, something you easily take for granted in this part of the world. There was some building work on the property next door taking place, but it did not disturb me and I would expect this to be completed in the next 6 months or so. Overall this was one of the finest hotels I have stayed in for a long while. We shall definitely return and recommend to anyone traveling to Abu Dhabi. Lisateave

Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing hotel with amazing service and such lovely, friendly and helpful staff to the highest standard. I can't fault this hotel in any way. Rooms were amazing with full length floor to ceiling glass windows along one side so amazing views. Very comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom with massive shower and free standing […] bath. The restaurants in this hotel were extremely good, gorgeous very flavoursome food and amazing service. Some people have mentioned the building work being an issue going on next to this hotel and although there is building work I can honestly say this didn't disturb us at all and I didn't really notice it or in any way ruin our stay. Other plus points were the gym which is very good and free as is the wifi also free and you can get this all over the hotel even in the rooms and by the pool. The pool and beach area is really lovely, 3 big pools and lovely beach, very comfortable thick sunbeds and again excellent beach staff. Great hotel. Lovely little touches. Right opposite the emirates palace. The marina mall is also very close. On the corniche so not in the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough. I would recommend getting a car.

The area that requires more work is the way finding signage from B2 carprk to lobby.That was frustrating to navigate the basements with little and small signage. The room had a great view and everything one would expect from such a luxury hotel. The fruit everyday and water made it a treat especially the chocolates at night. Thanks

A great experience from start to end. All hotel staff that I encountered were friendly and very helpful. A very impressive hotel only a few months old, and offering spectacular views of Abu Dhabi. Our room included use of the Club Lounge on level 45 which was convenient given our late flight. All staff were polite and helpful and provided excellent service.

A luxurious hotel with attentive staff. You get what you pay for. Still in its early days and the building is set among what continues to amount to a building site. This makes it impossible to walk anywhere although taxis seem plentiful and always at the ready. Spectacular views of Abu Dhabi which ever way you look out. I would happily return.

Die Freundlichkeit und die Professionalität der Mitarbeiter und der Gesamtzustand des Hotels sind sehr lobenswert. Mit viel Liebe bis ins kleinste Detail ist hier ein luxuriöses Hotel […] gebaut worden, welches es geschafft hat mich auch vor allem mit den vielen kleinen Details zu begeistern, wie beispielsweise den guten Markenprodukten wie der Soehnle Personenwaage, der Nespresso Kaffeemaschine oder der Philips iPhone bzw. iPod Docking- und Ladestation. Das King Size Bett war eines der gemütlichsten Hotelbetten in denen ich geschlafen habe und dieser Eindruck entstand nicht nur nach dem ermüdenden 12 stündigen Flug nach Abu Dhabi. Das Bad war sehr gut ausgestattet, jedoch muss ich die Dusche etwas bemängeln, da dort das Wasser nicht richtig abfließen wollte. Lisateave

27階でした。 クラブルームの47階以上が、やはり気になる。 朝になると、クリーニングやらミニバーの清算やらで三回も起こされたのでほっといて欲しかった。 デポジットが何故か手配出来なかったからだろう。 部屋の広さや、ロビーの開放感は最高でした。

ホテルへの到着が午前だった為、 アーリーチェックインのリクエストを出していたのですが、 到着時点で直ぐにお部屋へ入れませんでしたが、 クラブラウンジでの軽食をサービスして下さいました。 夜や 朝食のみと思っていたので、かなり嬉しかったです。 また、 英語が全くと言っていい程喋れず迷惑をかけましたが、 スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切で助かりました。 プールを見るつもりだけで、プールサイドへ行くと、 わざわざ席を確保して下さり恐縮してしまいました。

wifi無料でプライベートビーチがある点に惹かれて申し込みました。現地はまだ工事中、ビーチにも工場の音が鳴り響き、エントランスは車で迂回しなければ入れません。残念だったのは、窓の清掃をしていなかったこと。工事の砂か砂漠のそれかはわかりませんが、室内からの眺望が台無しでした。アメニティや接客は良かっただけに、残念です。清掃されている部屋もあったので、明らかに客室によっては清掃していないのは恣意的に思えます。もしハネムーンなどでの利用であれば不快に感じたに違いありません。

受付からもの凄く丁寧に説明してもらい、感動した。 スタッフ全て明るく笑顔が素敵だった。 シャワールームからバスルームまで水が漏れたり、洗面台の片方が水はけが悪いなど、水回りの問題があった。 各国料理のレストランで、寿司弁当というのがあったが、お椀のふたにご飯とが唐揚げを入れてきたので、一応指摘してきた。
