Redstone Guest House - Blackpool

May places seem tired in blackpool, but this place is fresh and modern. Usual is very friendly and helpful. definately recommend it

Some people judge a good Hotel / Guest House by the quality of the breakfast, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room, comfort of the bed, quietness of the surroundings - I have to say, The Redstone Guest House scores top marks in every category you could think of. Very very close to the sea front. Centrally located for the Tower/ central pier/town centre or for walking to North or South Piers/Pleasure Beach. Premises spotlessly clean and with very pleasing decor. Secure with electronic entrance door. Rooms ideal with excellent bathrooms and all the facilities needed for a few days or a longer stay. Offers a level of accomodation that todays vistor has come to expect and very much ahead of what might normally be expected for a seaside guest house. Way ahead of the competition. I will definitely stay at the Restone Guesthouse again. I was so impressed with it, the decor was modern and finished to a very high standard. This is a very stylish guesthouse, I'd class it as a boutique hotel. The welcome was warm and friendly. The room was beautifully decorated, with a large well appointed bathroom. If you want a nice 5 star break this is the hotel for you. It's more expensive than other guest houses but you get what you pay - 5 star luxury!

If ever we go to Blackpool again we won't be staying anywhere else. Superb. We had 2 superior king size rooms. Very very nice. Like a very good quality hotel, and I suspect better than the big hotels in Blackpool. I guess it's more expensive than other b&bs in Blackpool but you really do get what you pay for. Delicious breakfasts with more unusual items […] to pick from, lovely staff, clean, new, good quality everything from the bedding to the Wedgewood you eat your breakfast off. Difficult to spot on the street as there are no brash b&b signs outside like the neighbours have, but that says it all. Lisateave

Only opened early 2011 after extensive, high quality renovations the Redstone is a long way from the typical Blackpool B&B accommodation. The exterior hasn't got an inch of neon, not even a "vacancy" sign. Inside everything is finished with real distinction, top quality furnishings and linen with all needs met, including excellent shower, flat screen […] TV, hair drier, tea and coffee making and free wi-fi. Secure car parking is also available. The proprietors and their twin daughters are welcoming and friendly and go out of their way to be of help. Breakfasts provide plenty of choice and are excellent. A real find, it's not cheap, but if you want cheap there's plenty elsewhere in Blackpool. If you want a top class stay then the Redstone is recommended Lisateave

What a pleasant surprise the minute you walk into this hotel. The street it's on is in need of some TLC but you can tell The Redstone Hotel is a cut above the rest externally as well as internally. It has been refurbished with spectacular taste, the rooms were superbly done and quality fittings all round.
