Staff were great, really looked after me. I arrived feeling sick and had pain in my ribs. The manager called a doctor to check me out in my hotel room, the manager came up with the doctor to translate and make sure i was taken care of and my medication was collected from the local pharmacy by the bellboy. Couldn't ask for better. I ate in the restaurant […] which was really good too. Service was very attentive and food was prepared v quickly and food was delicious. The location is quiet close to the main old square. The surrounding neighbourhood seemed ok but probably not the most attractive place as it was on the side of a main road, but v convenient for public transport and taxis. "Great hotel all around."
This hotel was wonderful, the staff was friendly, helpful and treated us amazing. Additionally the free breakfast in the morning is delicious! I am not sure who is responsible for this problem whether hotels.com or the hotel. I was promised a King bed by the hotels.com agent ( said he called the hotel directly) but when I arrived for a 5 day they had us in two twins. After a 45 minute standoff ( I could not reach hotels.com customer service long distance - no answer) they called someone, somewhere […] and we got the room we had purchased with hotels.com. We did not need that stress after a long international flight and a late night arrival. Otherwise, I can only say the hotel was great, the staff excellent and the eventual room just what we needed. The staff were very accommodating and always willing to help us out. When we wanted to move from one floor to another because they were painting and the smell was strong until it dried, they didn't hesitate to change our room and move us. The rooms were clean and everything worked correctly although not particularly large. Breakfast was good and varied. […] The hotel is in a nice residential neighborhood and not far from the TransMileneo. It takes 20-30 minutes by taxi depending on traffic to get to Zona Rosa, the T, La Candalaria, and downtown. The staff was first rate. The restaurant was excellet and free breakfast was terrific with a chef to cook eggs to your order . Safe location with many good restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice hotel... until you get to your room. their common areas are very nice, clean and modern. However the room made me feel some buyer's remorse based on the amount I paid the the night's I stayed there. everything was excellent with this hotel up until the point when i got the check-out bill, they added in extra nickel and dime charges that added up fast and left me with a bad taste in my mouth after i left -they charged for hotel security (wouldn't you think that would be part of the rate) -they charged for tips (doesn't explain for what, but if it […] was for the room service, i wouldn't have tipped them at the time) -they charged for breakfast that was supposedly included (this one i still don't understand) -and finally they charged for my girlfriend as an extra person in the room (even though it was still just the one bed) Again, the hotel and service itself alone was great, but the extra charges left me unprepared and surprised- for this reason, i would not stay there again. "MUY BUENA OPCION EN BOGOTA"
Tuve mis dudas al principio por el precio en promocion de las habitaciones ( $ 105 x noche habitacion superior), pero no me sentí nada decepcionada al llegar. Por el contrario sorprendida por el cuarto impecable, moderno , cómodo. El hotel bien ubicado en una zona muy tranquila. El personal super amable.Volvería al 116 cuando regrese a Bogota.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"cerca de una zona segura"
estuvimos alojados una semana completa, tiempo en el cual nos sentimos como en casa. el personal es maravilloso y nos sentimos todos muy comodos. no hay una sola persona que no atienda al huesped de una manera descortez. "Hotel con muy buena ubicación y excelente atencion"
El hotel esta bien ubicado, el personal es excelente (Rafael, Andres y Eduardo en la recepción, muchas gracias). La habitación tenía un escritorio pequeño y el picaporte de la puerta del baño se salía. Por todo lo demás es un buen lugar en Bogotá.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus

"Hotel para repetir"
Es un hotel básicamente moderno, iluminado, agradable decoración, con un excelente servicio. El personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Muy limpio. Desayunos completos. Con transporte disponible (pagado aparte). El único detalle sería agilizar más el trámite de facturación a la hora del checkout.Kontrollitud Hotels.com kliendiarvustus
