Hotel Pelirocco - Brighton

I love the Hotel Pelirocco. I stayed there on a few occasions when it first opened and returned recently to find that it is now just as great as it has always been. In particular, the staff were excellent; warm, efficient and helpful but not intrusive.

Have stayed in several hotels in the square, service was good and friendly.Definitely stay here again as it was different in a good way themed room was a good distraction from the usual bland lodge type hotel.

The Pelirocco is the essence of Brighton all wrapped up in a funky townhouse! It's friendly, individual, relaxed and very cool! Everything about my stay was great - all the lovely people who work there (especially Amy) were fab. The vibe, the decor, the attention to detail, the cocktails, the amazing breakfast, the complimentary curly wurlys (!) in […] the rooms and the location make it my favourite place to stay when I am visiting. I booked this hotel without looking at their website. I was a little worried due to what the hotel advertise themselves as. I had nothing to worry about. It was great. I stayed in a room Mohammed Ali themed. Curleyworley instead of biscuits was a nice touch. Will definantly stay again.

Friendly welcome and a pleasant stay. Imaginative room decoration, making the best of what's there and a good feel to the place. It's a budget hotel but reasonable rates for Brighton which can be an expensive place to stay. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Stayed in the Modrophenia room for two nights. The room was a good size and the decor quirky but awesome! The bed was really comfy and finding Cadbury's 'Curly Wurlys' in the room a great late night treat. The bathroom is also large and the shower powerful. Breakfast at the hotel is great with a selection of cereals and juices as 'starters' and then […] the option of a variety of cooked breakfasts including veggie options with meat coming from the Brighton sausage company. I had the full English and was surprised with the quality, it wasn't greasy and tasted great. On Preston street behind the hotel, there are a variety of restaurants ranging from Chinese to a steakhouse and everything in between, and at the top of the road is a Sainsbury's that is open until midnight. Within 5-10 minutes you can be in the centre of Brighton with all the traditional chain shops and a further 5 minutes and you can be in the Lanes with all the boutique shops you could ever want. From the hotel you can also walk along the beach front and within 15/20 minutes be at the Pier or in the other direction is Hove with many more restaurants and little shops. There is also a multi-storey car park opposite the hotel (which is currently being upgraded, but is still open) that for two nights cost £22.50. Essentially Hotel Pelirocco is a great place to spend a night or two while exploring Brighton Lisateave

I stayed in this hotel the night before the Brighton Marathon, and the the stay was excellent. The staff were also excellent and very helpful. Recommend to everyone.
