Alberto rescued us when lost and took us to his other apartment nearby. Although we were close to the railway station we felt very safe at night, behind 3 doors. The metro station was just 6 minutes walk and was great to access the city at night to save walking all the way. The apartment was very clean and no problems. I stayed for three nights at the B&B Termini Gold and the most wonderful time. Alberto keeps a beautiful bed and breakfast and takes very good care of his guests. I had all the luxuries you would expect from a nice hotel including control of heat and air conditioning, a flat screen with cable, a spacious bathroom, daily housekeeping and free wifi only […] it was like staying in an apartment. This is a great B&B near the central Termini train station. Its about 10 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes walk to Colosseum. Alberto is very helpfull and the apartment was very well organised. An espresso machine with all you can drink coffee is a very nice addition. Its quiet at night and you can sleep without problems. We were there for […] the Rome Marathon. The neighburhood is safe and there are restaurants around it and a big supermarket. Although booked in at the Termini Gold were taken to Alberto's other B&B Termini Platinum. Although small we had everything we needed. It is clean, modern and comfortable and only a few minutes walk from the metro station.

This place deserves the highest rating in all categories. First of all, I've never had a hotel manager email me in advance but Alberto did with directions to the B&B, great information about Rome, and details about our stay. He met us there and explained everything over espresso. Best service ever. The room was cleaned every day. Great breakfast/snacks […] set up for us. In a nice neighborhood with restaurants and stores. Just a couple minutes to the Manzoni metro stop which is only a couple stops away from everything. But it's really just a few minutes more by foot to the Colosseum. Really, we've traveled all over the world and haven't had a better hotel that caters to your needs and helps you the way Alberto did. Alberto was great we were there for 3 nights was our honey moon and we travel al around Italy. we were pleasently surprised with a cake Alberto's wife baked for my husband and i as a congrats for our marriage and a to wish us a good honeymoon.

We were really happy with our staying in this B&B, which is an apartment with 2 bedrooms that is located very close to the main train station (Termini) and you reach the hotel by taking a train (Leonardo Express) at the airport (FCO) - if you wish -, and then it's no more than 5 minutes by foot from Termini. The apt. is located in an old building but […] it's a very modern apartment (renewed with Ikea modern stuff), 100% clean and the owner "Alberto" is a great person. He is very responsible and not only welcomes you warmly and explains/suggests what to do in the city, but also he is very picky with all the details in the apartment and the cleanliness. He is around very often (although does not live there) and every morning (around 8.30 am) he brings for breakfast fresh crossaints in addition to the cereals, toasts, cookies, yogurt, jelly, nutella, coffee, milk, orange juice (and don't remember what else) that he offers for breakfast. The kitchen is open all day long, so you can store your stuff in the refrigerator and use the kitchen for a quick snack or something at night or for lunch. Obvioulsy, you have to leave everything in the condition you found it if you use it for lunch or dinner. Alberto does only ask you that after breakfast you leave the dishes and cups with water in the sink. That's it. Then, one bedroom has one in suite bathroom, and the other one doesn't. But there is a private bathroom in the corridor for the other room. Both rooms are very modern and the bathrooms as well. When you get into the apt., it smells really good (fresh, clean), and it's like that everyday. You get your linens and towels changed every 3 days, and Alberto also provides shampoo, and some other stuff like a real hotel. You have the keys since it's an apartment and you get in and out at your own convenience. The room has an split (for cool or hot air - we did not use it), a tv, a wardrove, and its size is pretty comfortable. The neighborhood looks a little bit scary when you arriv Lisateave

Bed and Breakfast très sympa. Alberto vous explique tout dès notre arrivée et reste à notre disposition si besoin. Nous étions avec deux couples, et il y avait une ambiance très conviviale. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour le petit déjeuner. Il est vrai que le quartier autour n'est pas le plus beau de Rome, mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème, et la proximité […] de plusieurs restaurant permets de ne pas courir à l'autre bout de la ville quand on est fatigué. De plus, situé entre la gare et le colisée, ça nous permets de faire le maximum de choses à pied en peu de temps. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ! Lisateave

Vi har haft en super ferie og kun morgenmaden har vi ikke været helt tilfreds med. Vi spiser normalt ikke crossanter, toasts og andre småkager om morgenen.

die Zimmer liegen alle zur Hofseite und sind deshalb total ruhig trotz der sehr lauten Straße, es ist alles blitzblank sauber, Alberto ist sehr nett, Zimmer Nr. 3 ist ca. 10 m² groß, für uns aber ausreichend; wenn man allerdings im Nachbarzimmer Mexikaner hat, so wie wir, dann ist nach mehrmaligen Benutzen von direkt angrenzenden WC und Kaffeemaschine […] in der Küche die Nacht am Sonntag um 6.00 Uhr früh definitiv zu Ende. Der singende Koch aus der zum Innenhof liegenden Küche der Pizzeria im EG des Nachbarhauses ist dagegen harmlos. Das Frühstück ist sehr süß, alles in Allem zu empfehlen auch wegen der zentralen Lage 10 min zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof Termini. Lisateave

We had high expectations for this B&B, and they were more than fulfilled. It was so clean and Alberto was so kind that nothing could have been better. We can recommend this place 100%. Only 15 min. walk to Coloseum and the Metro is only 5 min. away.

Das Termini Gold liegt zentral in Rom, und dennoch absolut ruhig im Hinterhof (Ich kann nur von dem Doppelzimmer mit anliegendem Bad sprechen). Alberto ist wirklich sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen. Alles war super sauber - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Nous ne connaissions pas le système B&B, et nous en sommes très ravis. Alberto est une personne très accueillante et chaleureuse. Toujours de bonne humeur, très attentionné envers les hôtes qui pense vraiment à tout. Rien à redire sur l'hébergement : lieu accueillant, propre et net.. Le lieu est très bien situé : gare Termini à cinq minutes à pieds, […] proche du centre ville (Colisée, commerces, restaurants,...). Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour couple ou famille. The b&b termini gold is a little oasis in the middle of the dirty city of rome. Its close to the the main train station and the metro and only 15 minutes away of the colosseum. The neighborhood needs getting used to...... very dirty...... and then you walking into the front door of the b&b and you steppin into a different world. Alberto puts so much […] effort and passion in his b&b. In my oppinion its the best b&b in the whole world cause it needs no more improvement! Alberto is my man! Très bon accueil de la part de Alberto et en plus en cherchant un peu il y de super Tratorias aux alentours. Le B&B se trouve à 15 min de la gare termini à pied et à 2 min d'une station de métro.
