Location was great, especially if you drive. Luckily i checked out the reviews about the parking before we checked in and found out about the free self parking and where 3rd level leads directly to the Elara hotel lobby. Room was super nice but nothing worked. TV was broken, AC, even the auto window shades. When you have to be up at 6am for work and there are maintenance men in your room at 1 am trying to fix the window shades it's not a great experience.

The accommodations were pretty impressive, but there was a general feel of inadequacy, as the maintenance struggled to keep up with the demand from all the extra razzle-dazzle it tried to offer. I found a hair ball in my shower, and my associates and I had observed many furniture damages. over all, it was a disappointment. When we checked-in, the front desk clerk didn't mention about breakfast even though it was including in our room plan. So, we almost forgot about it. Then, when we ordered omelet for breakfast in the next morning, the operator said "you have to order better breakfast in order to get omelet." Oh, very nice. It sounded […] like we were not able to order omelet since our room plan is CHEAP. Well, maybe too much thinking... They forgot toasts we order, so we had to call In-room dining again. The toasts were already cold... They just brought the ones forgotten instead of serving new ones... And more, our TV was really slow... like when can we watch a program what we wanna watch!? It took forever to do anything with the TV... I don't think I'll go back to the hotel. I'd rather pay more to stay a better hotel than going back there... Lisateave

The staff and service at this hotel are outstanding! The views are ok depending on what side of the hotel your room is on. Seems to be alot of construction (not related to this hotel but within view) going on outside. Once that is done I would rate the view/location a 5. Would definitely stay here again and again and recommend it to anyone!

This was my first trip to Vegas This is an excellent Hotel -- I thought it was going to be a bit far from the action but this hotel had a perfect location -- positioned right in the center of the action and connected on to Miracle Mile shops mall so you don't have to go out of the elements for food and/or drinks -- Had an excellent store inside the […] hotel for necessary essentials /food /drink and liquor with good prices but there are two liquor stores in the a joining mall with good prices also. The pool was clean and had plenty of eye candy to enjoy but get there early and secure a spot. I will definietely pick this hotel for my future stays Lisateave

Great modern clean room with great view. The bed and bedding were amazing! So comfortable. You don't step out of the elevators right into a casino, but rather the Miracle Mile Shops. We planned on staying at Caesars since we were doing a spa day there but Elara was $180 cheaper for 2 nights. Bonus was the small kitchenette in the room.

Nice Hotel in good location not crowded as the other hotels, good swimming pool, the only negative was the sofa bed. But Hotel provided us a single bed that was confortable.

Stayed here in March. Maybe the remodel has things a bit confused. Hotel room was well decorated but it was not clean. There was a dirty wine glass in my room and another missing. The dirty wine glass had someone's lipstick on it. YUCK!! I also found a toenail in my bed. I called down about the glass and the employee called and said id have two new […] glasses ASAP. I mentioned the toenail and the rep said "wow, sorry that's so odd" Yeah..no kidding. That was all I got. I asked for feather pillows and I was told they didn't carry them. Fair enough, although odd for this kind of hotel. My last nights stay they came to replace my pillows with feather..hmm...Then there is the tub. It had jets, which I was looking forward to. What I wasn't expecting was that the jets were dirty as well. I turned them on and this green algae kept shooting out. After a few different tries to flush the stuff out I just gave up. Major let down. Upon speaking with the hotel staff at check out as well they did not really care. They just said "that's odd" and "I'm so sorry." I would have liked some compensation off of my hotel stay because it wasn't cheap, instead after writing a letter upon my return I got a response for a free upgrade if I stay there at a future date. Upgrade depending on the time of year etc special rules and restrictions apply. I have a year to use it, we'll see if I cash that in or just move on to a nicer more put together establishment. Great hotel, great room, great location, great price. Only a few misses, never refilled the toilet paper in the room and had no extras, and had a full kitchen, stove included, but no pots, pans, plates, etc. Hard to cook on your stovetop without a pan. Other than that the room was huge and very nicely appointed. The living room even had a projector […] that would project the TV onto a huge screen that the window shade turns into. This hotel has truly impressed me. My room was amazing and my wife and I could not get over the huge projector screen that was in our room. Overall, great location, great hotel, and an even better room than origanally expected. If your on the fence about this place, just stay here. You won't regret it.

The suite was very nice. Unfortunately, there were some noise issues which took away from our stay. The heavy doors and self closing hinges made the doors slam shut with a loud "BANG". Given the 24 hour nature of Las Vegas that meant the occasional "BANG" in the middle of the night. Also, our suite on the north side of the building was opposite the […] parking garage. The sound insulation on the exterior left something to be desired as noise from the concrete parking garage was amplified and echoed. The last night we were there some folks were having a yodeling contest in the parking garage at 4:00 am for about 10 or 15 minutes. The suite itself was very nice and clean, and the large tub was very well enjoyed by my wife & I;) Unfortunately, due to the noises I don't think we will be staying here again. Lisateave

Overall this was a great location. Five of us stayed in a 2-bedroom suite and there was more than enough space for everyone. The kitchen is stocked with a few dishes but not enough for 5 people to use at a meal - if you plan on eating in frequently you may want to purchase some paper goods. The pool, although really busy, was enjoyable and well maintained. […] They do not allow outside beverages in the pool area forcing purchases from their bar. Drinks were $10-$12 each but they were very generous on their alcohol pours . The only disappointment at this hotel was the cleaning staff. The first day our room was cleaned sufficiently with dishwasher started (we had already loaded it), garbages emptied, beds made and towels restocked. The subsequent days we received a restock on bath towels only - no hand towels or wash clothes, bathroom garbages emptied, but not the kitchen garbage, dishwasher not started, and beds made. Even with the disappointing cleaning service I would still recommend this hotel for its modern style, comfort, and great location. Lisateave

Great location, clean and just off the stripe. Great service even remembered special event that I had called about. Staff pleasant and helpful. Only thing it needs is a Restaurant, but lots of other places to eat in Vegas.

The hotel is beautiful, I mean, just by looking at it from outside you know it's something special. Once inside the rooms are just as good, huge beds, great looking furniture and overall a very nice experience. The pool is clean and always cool , you have another great view of the hotel from the pool. The check in and check out is fast, the access to […] the elevators/parking garage is just a little walk from the lobby and the same goes for the mall. The Casino is always great to play at and very accessible to get to and from the strip, as Elara has a great location without being right there on the strip sidewalk. Lots of other goodies are convenience stores close by for those who get kitchenette rooms and want to get stuff without paying to much or call room service. great spacious Suites. we could be as loud as we wanted and nobody complained. I definitely recommend this hotel for bachelor or bachelorette events. always remember tipping in Las Vegas can sometimes get you awesome complimentary upgrades... ranging from upgraded limo rides to upgraded Suites... to better tables at the club

Friendly staff, good security, has more of a condo feel than hotel feel, pool needs more shade from Nevada sun, hotel is quiet & removed from Planet Hollywood casino (5 minute walk), several things didn't work (light, tv remote), but were fixed when called, bed extremely comfortable, black out shades in windows worked great, junior suite had nice two […] room layout, self-parking very confusing to find, but very close to hotel once you figure it out, no resort fees nice savings ($25-$50 per night) over other hotels. The room was very nice, clean, with a good view, comfortable bed, large bathroom and living area. However, the hotel was a bit confusing to find if walking from the Strip. The $15 charge for valet parking is a bit much considering the car is parked in an uncovered lot, which may be okay during the winter, but not acceptable during the 100 plus degree […] summer. Better to self-park in the shade for free behind the hotel. Also, check-out took 30 minutes because a $300 room service credit (not charge) had been added to the room mistakenly and it took the customer service rep about 20 minutes to get it taken off and print out a receipt with our $15 valet charge. Because of the 30 minute inconvenience, I will probably not stay at the hotel again. Lisateave
