Residhome Asnieres - Yerres

From the minute we arrived the staff treated us very well. They allowed us to check in at 11am, spoke excellent English, and answered any questions we had. The room was clean and spacious, and has a full kitchen.There is a bakery across the street and a supermarket beside it. The train is about a 4 minute walk away, and is easy to understand -it is […] like most American subway systems. Be warned though - the RER train that services this area stops running at 11pm, and a taxi is 25 Euro. There is a Brasserie next door to the hotel that should be avoided, Service and food was lousy and a mouse ran across our feet! When we told the staff, they just smiled and acted like nothing was wrong. We felt very safe in the area. I will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends. Lisateave

This hotel is horrendous to find for a start. Although close to the Stade de France, there are absolutely no signposts for it until you are literally right outside it so after hours driving round looking for the hotel, we eventually arrived. There was no where to pull up outside and several cars looked like they had been abandoned wherever their owners […] left them outside. Upon checking in, times and prices of breakfast, how the lift worked, where the rubbish was to be placed, how the laundry worked and how they wanted us to load the dishwasher when we left were all explained to us in great detail. We booked a car park spot and so left and drove down to the basement parking. Then up we went five floors to our room to find that we had been given the wrong room. So, back downstairs with all of our luggage to get a different room. Twenty minutes later (the receptionist was on the phone to his friend and couldnt be disturbed), we were back up to a different floor. Again, we had been given a double room when we needed a twin. So back down to reception again where we were given a third room to try. This room had two beds so that was fine. No room to move around the beds or put suitcases anywhere so the pictures on Hotels.com are incredibly misleading. Bathroom was lovely, modern and well cared for. Kitchenette was adequate for a weekend stay with fridge, dishwasher and a two ring cooker. The overly noisy airconditioning unit is near the front door which is a good 15 feet from the bedroom so it made no difference having that on. The window did open but as the room we were in was right next door (25 feet) to a train track, that wasnt an option. On the morning of departure, at 10.30am, we were called to ask why we hadnt checked out yet. We replied that we were on our way to which the rude answer was "Check out at 10. You late." There was nowhere on the booking page on Hotels.com, emailed booking confirmation or information given at the time of check in by the hotel that Lisateave

The street is not in the mapbook, nobody knows about this new street or hotel DUE THE FACT THAT IS ONLY ONE YEAR OLD. But when u find it , it is very close to the RER station. The wireless did not work for me , no matter what we tried, they excused with the fact that their security level was so high , that many custommers actually have problem with […] it. Talk to the manager about this... this was one of the important condition for me choosing this hotel -free wireless - but at least working even I could have paid for it.Oother wise very good hotel. Layout of the hotel was great, my family of 5 really enjoyed all the space and having a kitchen. Nice location near grocery store, bakery, park and train stop. Too bad it was in zone 3 so we had to buy an extra ticket each day. The room was new and clean, but the elevator broke 4 times in the 5 days we were there (not good for small kids and stroller […] to get up and down from the 6th floor) AC didn't work well, pipes leaked in bathroom, only one dishwasher tablet and no regular dish soap. Employees were nice enough, got us a baby bed and were friendly - but when we asked for an extra roll of toilet paper they told us no because house cleaning is only done once a week. We weren't asking them to clean our bathrooms or replenish soaps - just more TP and were told too bad (on a Saturday night when all the stores were closed and would be until Monday morning). I would look for a similar layout/ aparthotel in the future - but would not stay at this same one. Lisateave

un hôtel mini studio convins très bien a deux malheureusement juste un peu trop cher pour le mois . mais hôtel parfait personnel aussi je recommande a 100 0/0

douche au débit ridicule 1 heure pour prendre un bain

Hotel neuf et confortable. Pratique avec les enfants. déco de bon goût. Pratique pour visiter Paris.

Nous avions reservé sur Hotels.com, 1 chambre studio à Residhome, une belle promotion, nous avions eu les clés de la chambre 1h apres la reservation. Agréablement surpris de ce petit studio bien équipé, bien aménagé, pas de bruit, la vue donnait sur un parc tres calme, cela nous a donné envie d'y vivre a l'année.

Está muy bien comunicado a través del RER (en Madrid cercanías) con el centro de París. Esta línea pasa por los principales sitios de París. La zona es muy tranquila, una cafetería, un supermercado y un parque. Es una zona residencial de un parque empresarial.

Der ligger en bager og et supermarked lige om hjørnet. Alt køkkenudstyr var der, panderne er allerøverst i en lille låge. Der var ikke støvsuget og vasket gulv, men alt andet var fint gjort rent. Kig på booking.com for flere anmeldelser. Der er togstation (RER) lige om hjørnet som hurtigt forbinder til metroen. Stort badeværelse i forhold til franske […] standarder. Rigtigt godt hotel til pengene. Lisateave
