Hotel and service were good. The location is perfect for seeing all of Florence.

We were very happy with the hotel and our 2-night stay. The front-desk person was very helpful, giving us suggestions for places for dinner. We went to both places she recommended, and were very pleased. The room was clean and comfortable. It did not have a computer available for internet, but did have wireless.

I loved this hotel! The hotel is about a ten or fifteen minute walk from the train station and it is literally right around the corner from the Duomo. From our window you could see the Duomo. It was a great location! The room was very nice and the hotel was nice. It only has a few rooms and is a bed and breakfast. The breakfast is in a very pretty room […] and the food was good. This B & B exceeded our expectations. The receptionist/hostess was very attentive, professional and friendly. It was really more of a hotel than a B&B atmosphere. I could look out of my room and see the Duomo. The location was magnificent. The breakfast room is charming and the food and coffee great. excellent location for a hotel in florence. imagine looking out your bedroom window each morning and seeing the duomo, like in your face close. convenient to all major sights of florence- easy walking distance. one of our favorites.

Excellent location however we froze the whole time. They could not turn on the heat (central heating) and there was no hot water, so the shower was ice cold. The room was clean and the location was great, you can walk everywhere. However, I would not stay here again because of the heating issue unless it was going to be a warm summer month. We had a fantastic time at Palazzo Ruspoli and would absolutely recommend it to anyone. The room was beautifully appointed with lovely furnishings and a gorgeous breakfast room with yummy food. An added bonus was its location - in the centre of the city a couple of metres from the Duomo and surrounded by the most exquisite boutiques, shops, markets […] and museums. Lisateave

We enjoyed our recent stay at Palazzo Ruspoli - B&B. The hotel is located in the middle of Florence, less than a block from the Duomo and you could walk everywhere. The staff were very helpful booking museums for times that were not available on the websites and in recommending hotels. Emplacement absolument exceptionnel à moins de 10 mètres du Duomo !! Personnel très sympathique. Néanmoins la rue est très bruyante (logique nous sommes dans le centre de Florence) et il est parfois difficile de trouver le sommeil. La salle de bain est bien équipée mais la douche quelle horreur !!! Des coupures d'eau constantes, une eau qui devient […] froide ou brûlante sans que l'on puisse la régler...voilà un point que l'hôtel se doit vite de rectifier car cela est très très très pénible !! Literie de bonne qualité mais pourquoi les oreillers sont-ils tous différents ?? Nous étions trois dans la chambre et aucun de nous n'avez la même literie, bizzare... Petit déjeuner très bon mais où est le chocolat ?? En bref, pour le prix, il ne faut rien demander de plus, c'est largement suffisant. Lisateave

In rapporto al prezzo è, di certo, la struttura più centrale della città. La mia camera non aveva la vista sulla "cupola" del Duomo ma era comunque ampia e confortevole. Il bagno, en suite, aveva un phon poco potente e non era disponibile un accappatoio. La colazione è stata servita in un ambiente non indimenticabile ma pulito: la scelta non era amplissima […] (solita selezione di cereali e brioche). Servizio puntuale e cortese. Chi è abituato ai grandi hotel sentirà la mancanza di una lounge adeguata ma potrà riscattarsi, con il denaro risparmiato, in uno dei locali chic che pullulano nella zona (consiglio il Caffè Gilli). E' cosi centrale che arrivare in macchina potrebbe costituire un problema: avendo utilizzato il treno non ho chiesto se esistano parcheggi convenzionati. La rete wi-fi è gratutita. Lisateave

L'aspetto più importante è la sua vicinanza alla Cattadrale. Dal letto si vede la cupola del Brunnelleschi: una vera e rara meraviglia.

This is not a 3 star hotel, but a Bed & brakfast Hotel ... There is no bathroom in the room, which is miniscule. Upon reaching the hotel at 7 pm there was no receptionist at the hotel. I had to walk 500 meters to another hotel to get the keys to my room. Once inside of my apartment I realized that the conditions were different from the Hotel website, […] I returned to the hotel where I took the keys and complained to the front desk people because my booking was for a 3 star hotel. After several minutes of discussion, they gave me an upgrade. Certainly the description of the website does not reflect what the hotel is! Lisateave
