Hilton Garden Inn New Delhi/Saket - New Delhi

Our room was not cleaned properly. There were stains on the toilet seat, bed sheets had staines on and there was someone's hair on it. Rooms are pretty small. We had breakfast and food was gross. I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel organised a car to meet us at the airport and could arrange cars at very short notice for sight-seeing trips. Hotel staff all very helpful and friendly. Note for those intending a trip to Agra (Taj Mahal), it is a four hour trip, both ways, if traffic is flowing. A day trip is really too much so take a night stop in Agra. There is a new road […] planned between Delhi and Agra but the current roads are woefully inadaquate. I will stay at the Hilton Garden Sakhet again. Lisateave

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff was kind and professional. The sunday brunch was incredibly expensive - 80$ for two people - but it was also incredibly good. I stayed at the hotel April 2012 for business visit at Delhi. The hotel located near three new shoping malls with good food in all levels of restaurants from McDolands, Piza Hat TGIF until great high level restaurant at the Hilton in reasonable price. Very comfortable bed in nice room and kind staff. I will come again for sure.

Hilton garden Inn is excellant hotel with excellent service it comes with the promise of full satisfication or you don,t pay. Surrounded by excellant shopping malls great eating places designer shops , polite services . All the malls have security checks in and out of the area. Will definetly visit it again .

Very good service ESP from front desk and restaurant. Buffet breakfast was good. Location ideal for shopping At the malls. Accurate reviews from trip advisor.

I already visit delhi 4 times and stay many days over there. No doubt this hotel is the best option of the city for the foreign visitors. Great staff, great rooms and good price if you book early. But the most important point is the location. The hotel is inside of a shopping mall that have everything you need. I totally recommend this place.

Nice and clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. All over it´s ok but I have stayed at other five star hotels in Delhi before and this Hilton Hotel does not keep the same standard at all. This is one of the several new hotels of various international brands that have come up in New Delhi over the last couple of years. It is overall a nice hotel, rooms are specious and clean, staff is helpful, and the restaurant is nice. A couple of downsides: the location is an issue. It is in the middle of a shopping mall complex surrounded by not-so-nice […] (and chaotic) neighborhoods. It is also nowhere near the main tourist attractions of Delhi. So, it is a better fit for business travelers than for the leisure travel. Second, I was surprised to face a few basic service issues that I do not expect in a 4-star hotel, e.g., I requested for a non-smoking room but they gave me a smoking one as, apparently, they did not have any non-smoking room available when I arrived, room thermostat does not work, etc. However, the staff was really helpful and tried to resolve the issues at their earliest. This hotel did not live up to the 5 star claim in any form other than the price tag. There was no tub or mini-bar in the room and the toilet paper was the same single ply as you’d expect to find in a bus station. I’ve stayed at many other 5 start hotels in Delhi/India and all were much nicer. Enjoyed a week with excellent service and friendly staff. Breakfast was very enjoyable with varietey. Location little bit off, in the middel of a shopping mall, but close to the metro.

It was great having the mall downstairs, nice shops and coffee shops. Staff were very helpful, and allowed us to keep our room until 6:00PM on the day of checkout because of our late flight. It was greatly appreciated.

I stayed here and had a very nice stay. This hotel is relatively new and connected to a large shopping complex, so there is plenty to eat and go shopping nearby. One hiccup was that they tried to charge me for a 10 minute India toll free call although their policy said such calls were free under 60 minutes. The hotel is incredible in.every way. Extraordinary staff that go out of their way to do everything to make your stay great. Our stay in the hotel was very enjoyable. Room service was very good, and the hotel is clean. The breakfast buffet is a treat, and should be included in the stay. I recommend this hotel to others visiting New Delhi.

Location is excellent. Next to 3 shopping malls. Large and upscale. Easy to get food. Local things such as handicrafts and sarees are expensive in those malls though. Room is good. A bit small. I was traveling with a senior citizen. Reached the hotel at 1300 hours and check- in is 1200 noon. Yet the room was not ready. The room i had booked on line - a room with twin beds was not available. I was asked to take a smoking room until my room got ready or unitl the smoke smell "bothered me". I asked to speak with the duty manager. I was told by […] the front office staff that "he is busy right now". So we waited!!! While waiting for the room the hotel staff did not offer a welcome drink or a glass of water to mother who is 82 years old. We waited for 45 minutes for our room. Once we reached our room the baggage was no where to be found. I had to make 2 calls to get my suitcase to my room. I was not satisfied with this service. Lisateave

My wife and I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, Delhi for 4 nights and 5 days. We were immediately impressed with the quality of service, friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the room and overall positive experience at this hotel. We were surrounded by smiling, positive waitstaff every morning during the breakfast buffet who were eager to […] help us find what we were looking for. The Indian food which we had for lunch and dinner on several occasions was delicious and by far the finest Indian food we have ever had in our worldly travels. We also enjoyed the pool on the roof which was clean and well-maintained (the pigeons are kept at bay by the cleaning staff). The cleaning staff consistently brought us extra water, soap, and towels whenever we asked and were courteous and prompt. For our trip to the airport, the hotel ordered a complimentary taxi for us - the driver was professional and car was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Delhi and look forward to returning to this hotel when business and/or leisure bring me back to Delhi. I have stayed at Hilton hotels around the world and found this to be one of the best for its value and quality. Many US Hilton hotels could learn a lot from the quality of service at this hotel. Very western in terms of the rooms, the hotel amentiies and the location (attached to 3 large modern shopping malls). Extremely comfortable, efficient hotel. After a long vacation in India this was the ideal spot to chill out in before flying home. With two air conditioned shopping malls adjacent to the hotel it was very nice to stroll around in the cool and snack and lunch without going outside. Lovely rooms with free internet.

Great hotel.. Well located. Courteous staff. Great restaurant but try and get breakfast to be included in room rate. Free wi-fi is very welcome. The hotel has many malls close by and a multiplex. The metro station is also close...All in all a great place for both business as well as family visits

The customer service of the staff at the hotel was impeccable. They did everthing in their power to make our stay enjoyable. They took care of us as if we were royalty. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Modern hotel about 45 minutes from the airport. Most comfortable bed I have ever slept in and free WIFI.

When you pay the best you get the best. Hotel is well located and meets the quality expected from the brand. All the staff are helpful and plenty to eat and do near by.

Vi bodde to netter på dette hotellet med store fine rom og veldig hyggelig personale. Servicen var bra og det var en god atmosfære. God mat i restauranten og en stor og variert frokostbuffet. Stort fint kjøpesenter i samme bygg. Metroen ligger en kort taxitur unna, så man behøver ikke bruke hotelltransport. Neues und gepflegtes Business Hotel mit 24h Restaurant/Bar inmitten eines Shopping-Centers mit Kino. Preis/Leistung ist gut.

O Hotel é bem novo, embora nao apresente capricho no acabamento é um bom local para se estar. Os funcionarios sao gentis e o Hotel fica dentro de um complexo com 2 grandes Shoppings, o que facilita muito no horario de refeicoes, jah que o transito em Delhi é caótico e qualquer deslocamento é dificil.

新しく出来たモールへ行くために、このホテルを予約しました。モールに併設されていて、雨も酷暑も関係なく過ごせて快適でした。 客室も、新しいホテルだけあって新しい感じでもちろん清潔、フカフカのキングサイズベッドも快適でした。他の高級ホテルクラスのホテルに比べて安かったので、お手ごろだとも思いました。　ただ、ロビーはごく普通のビジネスホテル程度でゴージャス感はなく寂しかったです。 その他サービス対応はとても丁寧でした。 タクシーに関しては、通常の価格より６倍以上も 高くてびっくりしました。自分で外のタクシーを 手配しました。
