We didn't realize what a noisy, crowded city Nha Trang was. We were looking for a quiet getaway, but clearly didn't do our homework in advance. The hotel is nice, however.

Well appointed new hotel - just across road from beach in easy reach of city sights. Good dinner and breakfast buffets with wide choice of cuisine. Modern room. Fab 6th floor infinity pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

Room is very nice with comfortable bed and great view. Breakfast was great and their Pho(Vietnamese noodle) was the best among hotels. Service was good every where. Our family enjoyed the gym a lot as well as their Sauna. it was a wonderful facility. Their swimming pool was as perfect as the picture shows. Beautiful hotel: amazing infinity pool, great roof top bar altitude complete with a funky Djs which we enjoyed a few too many lychee martinis to. Great hotel but avoid it during the tet holidays!! A tranquil luxurious place became a kids playground!

Our room had a nice view of the beach was very clean and comfortable the buffet was also very nice both breakfast and dinner buffets were very nice. We really enjoyed our stay at the Nha Trang Sheraton and very much enjoyed the stay! Will definitely stay again!

We booked a club Suite which did not cost much more than a normal room and got so many extras things. VIP Check-in, complimentary afternoon tea each day, Pre dinner drinks in Club VIP area on 25th floor. Could go anytime and get coffee, tea etc and biscuits, pastries and fresh fruit all included in booking. Great gym and pool but that's about it. If the staff treated you 1% of the way they did when you leave then it would be great but they don't!! Also... Tried to get a $100 bill changed but they said we couldn't because of a tiny little pen mark... I get that it's harder to exchange than in western countries.... But this is the Sheraton right!?... The room was on the smallish side for a Club Room and for the rate paid. Apart from the above, stay was pretty awesome. For mine, the facilities caters to everyone and families with young ones won't be disappointed with options. Club Lounge was great!

The hotel was really well fitted out the rooms were large, slight issue with shower but didn't detract from stay. All staff were very helpful and friendly, the spa was really nice I had a couple of massages and they ranked above others received in Ho Chi Minh. Room service was good and cheap by western standards

Stayed for 4 nights and our kids (8 and 11) were included in room price as long as they used existing bedding, so one slept on lounge and one in the King size bed with us. So it ended up very reasonably priced as most other places required us to get 2 rooms. Location is great, across road from a beach with waves just big enough for a bit of bodysurfing. […] Cafe across the road has breakfast for $1.50, and a laundry down the road that does washing for $1 per kg. Excellent service and very welcoming. High quality venue with beautiful facilities. close enough to the restaurant district without being too busy. Room very clean with lovely personal touches (sweet treats on arrival and a fruit platter a couple of days later). Very clean and serviced well. There was a problem with our shower flooding into the bathroom […] but it seems that it is due to the slant of the tiles which don't run into the corner properly. This was a small inconvenience. We had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Hotel, Nha Trang. The hotel is bright, modern, and 5 star in every way. The hotel is undoubtedly expensive for Vietnam, but it is easy to see why. From the moment we stepped in to Sheraton Nha Trang the staff were extremely helpful and happy to have a chat. We stayed on the 'Club' floor and therefore could access Club amenities which was well worth it. Breakfast on the 1st Floor was amazing. Would definitely stay there again.

It's Sheraton. There is some certain expectation. I know it's expensive compared to the rest of the hotels in the area, and I was expecting a bit more... The hotel doesn't really have private beach, just a few sun decks. I had to ask room amenities (even cotton buds!), but I couldn't be bothered... Free wifi available at the lobby but lobby is VERY […] small. Swimming pool is facing to the beach, but you get sunshine only in the morning. In the afternoon, the sun wil be in the back of the hotel... What's the point? Oh, and moreover, there is NOTHING around the hotel. You have to walk 20mins to get decent food. Seriously, I shouldn't have stayed there... It was much better if I stayed at a cheaper hotel and pay less. Cost performance is really bad!!!!!! Lisateave

Whilst the rooms and service were second to none, I find it infuriating that there would be additional charges for the Wi-Fi to the rooms. Having stayed in smaller and cheaper hotels throughout the country all being supplied with free wi-fi, I can only see this as being greedy and trying to extract more money from their guests.

The hotel is next to the beach. Lovely buffet breakfast every morning. However, the hotel requested a bond of $50 US for every night we stayed at the hotel. Besides from that the hotel is a nice clean place to stay.

We spent 12 days in Vietnam and this was the best hotel we stayed in. This hotel is pure indulgence from the grand lobby to the detail of the rooms. We thought this hotel was awesome in every way. Location was good, right on the beach and with a patch of private beach which means that you don't get harrassed by people selling anything from fruit to […] paintings all the time. Our room was lovely - spacious, view from the balcony, lovely bed and bathroom & artwork.Tostina (the ground floor cafe) serves lovely food, cold drinks, affords a great view of the beach and is perfect for people watching. Breakfast is $US16 per day, however there is a cafe opposite the hotel which serves typical Vietnamese breakfasts for less than $US1. We went here everyday. Free wifi in the hotel lobby but not in the rooms. You need to pay to access internet in rooms. Free wifi in most places in Nha Trang. What's really interesting about Nha Trang is the vast amount of Russian tourists which is excellent because the locals think all tourists are Russian and don't hound you as much as other parts of Vietnam. Thank the Soviets for that! Definitely go to Nha Trang - it's great for relaxing, having a beach holiday and a great selection of food/restaurants. We recommend Louisanne Brewhouse & The Sailing Club. for a night of drinks/dancing. We suggest spending 4 nights and 3 days here. Cab fare from airport is 350,000 to 380,000 dong. Lisateave

The location of the hotel was perfect. The qualify of the room as expected - Sheraton's qualify. The breakfast buffet was adequate and service was fine. However, the front desk receptionist needed some refine. Unadequate front desk personnel, have to wait for a while to check in. It was deserted when we came in the middle of the afternoon.

I've stayed at this Sheraton many times. It;'s the best hotel in Nha Trang. I love this hotel. However this trip I noticed that, a number of both non routine maintenance and routine maintenance issues have crept up both on the property and in the room. When booking the room I made a special request to place a bottle of sparkling wine in the room for arrival, since it was my partner's birthday. I confirmed it again when we checked in and the member of staff told me it was already done, but the room wasn't ready yet, since we arrived quite early. Unfortunately when our room was ready there was no bottle […] in our room and when I told reception they just said maybe the member of staff forgot about it and offered an upgrade to clubroom and breakfast, for which we would have to pay 55 $ per day. We were quite disappointed about the service in the roof top bar, we waited long to be served and at some point both staff just disappeared for almost 1/2 hour. Nobody asked how we enjoyed our stay when checking out.. A pity for such a beautiful hotel that service lets it down and it's no longer worth the money. Lisateave

While this hotel has everything you can expect from a 5 star hotel, its billing system and room deposit charges leave a lot to be desired. Upon arrival we're told that internet has a surcharge and we'll need to purchase time. What they don't explain is that if you purchase 4 hours its runs out 4 hours from the time of purchase. You don't buy a block […] of time to use at your own leisure. That night we went out for dinner and when it comes time to pay we're told our credit card has been declined. I checked the account when we got back to the hotel and find that the Sheraton have taken an additional $600 out. This drained our account as we use a credit card with a small limit when travelling to avoid possible fraud. We where never told about this additional charge at time of check-in. I was told the money would be returned to our account within 24 hours after check-out. Its been 5 days and still nothing. So to top it all off when it comes time to check out we get the final bill and its got about $300 worth charges that are not ours. When I queried it I was met with a look of disdain and when they realised the mistake no one could even manage an apology. So apart from that its a really nice hotel and really comfortable. But we wouldn't stay there again simply based on principle if nothing else. Lisateave
