Hotel was very clean, and comfortable. Extra pillows, towels, blankets were all provided in the room closet. Hotel is close to center city without the traffic jams. Harrisburg has many outlying neighborhoods, and this hotel is near them without being in them. Easy to get to the nearest restaurants, and attractions.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and comfortable. I've been going to Hershey Park for years and have stayed at different hotels. Will return back to this one every time.

beautiful hotel breakfast was great the pool was a little cold but great the hotel is very clean the front desk was very helpful and staff did a great job keeping the room and everything else CLEAN !! I would stay here again

This hotel was a great place to stay. It's just outside of Hershey (about a 10 minute drive to the park) but close to resturants and shopping. It was very clean and the rooms were a nice size. The breakfast was a great way to start the morning- waffles, eggs, muffins etc.

I booked on-line without prior knowledge. I was very pleasantly surprised by the clean, quality stay. I will definately use again if I need a place in that area.

Nice, clean hotel that is family friendly and close to Hershey. Wish the rooms connected but was very happy that they were able to give us 2 rooms next to each other. Beds are very comfortable and great water pressure for a hotel. Overall a great experience and would stay again.

Everything was great a few minor issue were trying to get to the hotel as the streets are a tad odd. The only other issue with the go green not being followed. In the showers they have a card stating that if your towels are hung up then they will not replace them as a way to conserve water. How ever our towels were replaced anyway. We loved the Breakfast […] buffet has a little of something for everyone and a great way to start the day. The room was nice with lots of room to walk around, fridge, microwave and coffeepot for the late nights or early morning. I give this hotel thumbs up just wish they would follow their water conserving policy. Lisateave

Hotel was very clean and room was spacious, it had a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was lovely, great waffles. Indoor pool was not heated but kids loved it. Front desk was helpful and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to anyone. We had a great time.

This hotel was in like-new condition from the outside in. The location was a bit isolated, but an easy drive to downtown Hershey. I would stay again.

Comfortable bed. Great shower with plenty of pressure/hot water. Wireless Internet access was fast and reliable. Good breakfast. Clean and attractive. Hotel was very busy due to Spring Break and openning weekend for Hershey Park. Lots of families with kids. Very nice rooms. Free breakfast was a bit crowded but not too bad considering the spring break. Very friendly staff.

This hotel was easy to get to and conveniently located to nearby attractions in Hershey, PA. Our room had plenty of space and was very clean. The only drawback was the breakfast. I don't know if it was just really a full time or they need more help, but at breakfast time they were our of many things. Also the line to make waffles was long, that both […] days we just gave up. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The customer service was fantastic and the breakfast was great!!! I've never been to a hotel that had hot continental breakfast!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was CLEAN. The room was amazing! My daughter enjoyed the pool- I only wish there was a hot tub!! Was very close to Hershey park and a variety of restaurants. We decided on the wharf and the food was pretty good at a decent price! We will stay here again when we go back to Hershey.

When we checked in we were greeted by a gentlemen at the desk who explained to us about what was required, by not being noisy and how respected the hotel was. I was fine with this, I signed all the necessary papers for checking in. But were we in for a rude awakening... The people above us and the people running in the halls all hours of the night were […] so noisey that we should have stayed in a cheap hotel along the highway because we would have gotten more sleep. It was the worst hotel we have ever stayed. The rooms were very clean and nice but how do you sleep????? We payed$$$. Lisateave

Aside from the indoor pool being too cold, our stay here was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel was quiet, room was clean and breakfast was nice. Would not hesitate to stay here again when we return to the Hershey area.

I stay in a lot of hotels because my children play on tournament teams. This one of by far one of my favorites. The room was amazing. Very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was so friendly. The location was perfect as well.

It took a little while to get the internet connection to work, which is a common problem at a lot of hotels. However, the bi-level desk was great as are the easy to use light switches. Only two minor gripes: the light bulbs are so low brightness that it was tough to see in the closet and the top part of the drain knob in the bathtub came loose a couple […] times. This was a very clean hotel and convienently located directly between Harrisburg and Hershey. To get to either city was about a 10 min drive in either direction. I would stay again.

Overall this hotel was very nice and clean. The king room with sleeper sofa is great for a family. There are plenty of charging spots for wall plug or USB for all those devices we now have in this day and age. The refrigerator was a decent size, not the little cube kind. There were plenty of lightsi. The room and a semi divider for the bed and sofa […] bed areas. On the downside, the parking lot lighting is poor. Thy really need brighter lights spread out in the lot. Also the claimed to have wireless Internet I. The rooms, but when I tried to get on with my iPad I received a connection "successful" on my pad but could not access anything on the Internet; this also happened when I tried to access the wi-if in the lobby from my phone. The only other thing that I found to be mediocre was the breakfast. There was only 1 flavor of oatmeal (plain), 2 yogurt flavors, some canadian bacon, egg patties, some fruit, some cereal, some breads, and make your own waffles. I personally have been to several hotels with continental breakfast with many more choices, so I just wasn't impressed. I still say the hotel was a good choice. It was clean and comfortable; the 2 major factors for me. It's about 6-8 mins from Hersheypark, the Giant Center, and the Hershey outlets. Lisateave

We took our family to experience Christmas at Hershey for Thanksgiving. The hotel was incredibly clean, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly-and close to all attractions. Check in and out were a breeze. Will stay again.

My friends and I spent the weekend at Comfort Suites for a get away at Hershey park. My friend and I spent two evenings, one of which I spent on the pull out couch in my friends room. The pull out bed was highly uncomfortable which resulted in me bearly sleeping. On the second night I checked into my own room. I was informed of my registered room number […] on Saturday morning, yet was I told that I could not formally check in till the current customers checked out, which I fully understood. When I came back from the park that evening and checked in I was informed that I was in a different room. When I got to the room I found that it smelled overwhelmingly of stale smoke. In addition, it appeared that they tried to cover the scent with some type of spray that was just terrible. When I complained I was informed that there were no other king sized bed rooms and was directed to turn on the exhaust fan to alleviate the smell. I was disappointed by this as the hotel boasts a breath friendly environment. Also, I was not even given an option to possibly stay in a different room without a king sized bed. Also, the fan did nothing to help the smell. Overall the hotel and room were very clean, yet not fully customer or breath friendly. Lisateave
