Had a great stay after Indy Mini. Only complaint was we arrived at 2:50 to check in and had to wait until exactly 3:00. Had a great evening in downtown Indy with friends, and the skywalks came in handy walking back because of the rain.

The Hotel was easy to get to and located close to all downtown destinations. TGIFconnected with great dinner. The beds were a bit hard, but the rooms are clean and modern. We will be going back!

When we arrived and departed we had to carry all of our things up because there was no luggage rack thing around. With 2 younger children that makes things pretty difficult. So I was very disappointed about that. And the pool was tok small for 2 or 3 hotels to share it. Overall wasn't too bad but jut the small things were a pain.

It was great! However, we did not get our room cleaned during our stay which they said would have been taken care of but they never followed through. Then a manager promised to take care of us, and nothing was done. After I reported it to front task at checkout, they said there is nothing we can do at this point. But, Breakfast was well worth it! Staff was courteous and friendly. Might suggest better lighting over bathroom sink; no place for good lighting for applying makeup.

I was told by Hotels.com I would have a smoking room. Later was charged an additional $292 in which the staff was rude when I asked about it plus random fees they couldn't explained. Will never stay at a Marriott again.

Hotel was excellent. Clean, and friendly staff. I was able to check in early and check out late which was perfect. The hotel was queit and I like that the elevator required a card swipe to work, Ive been in hotels where there are random people who arent guests in the halls at all hours. Very nice hotel, clean. Friendly staff. Very accommodating. Bed was a little uncomfortable for my husband, but fine for me. Parking was pricey at hotel. We parked a block away for less than half of hotel price.

Check in was a breeze, and the rooms are extreemly clean. About a 6 minute walk from the lobby to the Convention Center via a indoor elevated pedway. Even an indoor starbucks along the way.

Overall stay was good. W had some issues with the room temperature and thermostat; way too warm. Difficulty in getting the room temp down to a comfortable level.

This was a great location to go to the Big 10 Championship game, walking distance to stadium and heart of downtown. Hotel was very nice, easy access and parking and nice rooms.

Very good stay. Staff was outstanding and helpful. Great location downtown. Clean. Mattress was hard however.

The employees are great over all very helpful. the hotel has quirky cabling so the wifi in my room was very spotty. this also affected the computers in the lobby. Because of the connections, several of the cable stations were not available.

Our room was clean,comfortable. Was originally told there wasnt any parking (self) and was told we could park down the stree,t but decided to try valet, which we later found they did for self parking rate. I would have been frustrated if I had toted my bags down the street to find I didnt have to. My son and I stayed for three nights in october to see the city and go to a Colts football game. Everyone at the hotel was very helpful and courteous from our very first night through checkout. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The market area near registration was stocked with a variety of items for when we wanted an extra drink or snack. The […] gym facilities were in good working condition and clean with lots of towels, and had a variety of free weights. The parking was convenient. We were close to the stadium and the downtown area. We were a short walk to museums, the capital building, restaurants, bars, and of course the stadium. We didn't need to use our car the whole time we were in Indianapolis. We were totally pleased with our stay at the Courtyard. Whenever I return to Indianapolis I will definitely get reservations at this hotel. Lisateave

I wish there was a hot tub with the pool. In this weather, a pool without a hot tub makes the pool not worth using, in my opinion. Our room was accross from the elevator which was very noisy. The snacks at the desk were very pricey.

The hotel was a standard Marriott. It was very clean and the service was awesome. Also only a 10 min walk from Lucas Oil Stadium, the mall and all the downtown restaurants and clubs...perfect!

Everything was great EXCEPT the fact that I choose to self park rather than valet. $23vs$28. On the first of 2 nights I was confused and accidentally parked in a valet spot ( they put up one cone for three spaces..very confusing.),Anyway the next morning when I went to my car it had been moved. How this is possible when the car was locked. Anyway I […] have an all wheel drive Subaru which I was told should never be towed nor moved in park. I told the front desk who made note of this. When I return from my vacation I will have the car checked out. If there is damage I will be in touch with the hotel. BEWARE the valet men and using a spot which they control..which is plentiful. Excellent stay at the Courtyard. Hotel is connected via Skywalks to Circle Center mall, which was great since it was raining during most of our stay. Internet connection was excellent, which is very important to me to be able to access my work stuff while traveling. They give you basic access for free and if you want faster access for downloading movies […] and such, they charge. The free access was still good quality connection and allowed me to use remote access back to the office. The walls were a little thin and we could hear the children in the room next to us until 11:30 at night. Overall still would stay here again. Lisateave

When I arrived at room, there were no light bulbs on the bathroom vanity and the light cover was on the sink. When I requested another room, the hotel staff was nonchalant and did not offer an apology for the inconvenience.
