Majutusasutuses African Pride 15 on Orange Hotel on terviseklubi, välibassein ja võimalused sportimiseks. Avalikes ruumides on tasuta saadaval kiire Interneti-ühendus (traadita). Ärireisil olijale pakub see 5-tärni majutuskoht järgmisi teenuseid: 24-tunnine ärikeskus, koosolekuruumid väikestele rühmadele ja koosoleku-/konverentsisaal. See hotell on ärireisiks sobiv ja pakub järgmist: restoran, kohvik ja baar/salong. Personal võib korraldada järgmiste teenuste pakkumise: uksehoidja teenused, reisi-/piletiabi ja toitlustamine üritustel. Lisateenuste hulka kuuluvad: katuseterrass, spaateenused ja raamatukogu. Külaliste parkimiskohtade arv on piiratud ja saadaval põhimõtte „kes ees, see mees” järgi (lisatasu eest). Majutuskohas on suitsetamiseks ettenähtud kohad.

Külalistetubades on vaated linnale, mägedele või aiale. Majutusasutuse African Pride 15 on Orange Hotel 129 kliimaseadmega toas on ka iPodi dokid ja sülearvutit mahutavad seifid. Saadaval on tasuta traadita kiire Interneti-ühendus. Tubades on LCD-telerid koos kvaliteetsete satelliit-kanalitega ja DVD-mängijad. Iga majutus sisaldab järgmist: lauad, seifid ja telefonid. Igas vannitoas on eraldi vannid ja dušid, mille juurde kuuluvad käsidušid, topeltkraanikausid, hommikumantlid ja jumestamis-/raseerimispeeglid.
Kõikides külalistetubades on minibaarid, kohvi-/teekeetja ja tasuta pudelivesi. Lisateenuste hulka kuuluvad tasuta ajalehed ja toasussid. Lisaks pakutakse igal õhtul voodi korrastamise teenust, majapidamisteenus on saadaval iga päev ja soovi korral võib küsida muuhulgas järgmist teenust: äratuse tellimine.

"The African Orange - not what i'd call 5 star"
The African Orange is a very new and cool hotel, great location and very funky and young. However we should have known this does not equate to a 5 star experience. The staff are all young and quite stand-offish, not the experience we've had in any other 5 star hotel we've ever stayed at. the first problem we encountered was with the rate we were quoted. […] As the staff member who provided us with an incorrect rate had gone home, none of the other staff members even offered to check with this staff member who had left and provided us with the wrong rate. She was on the main entrance, and not the reception desk but still, she is employed by the hotel and should have been provided with the correct information, i dont know how many other people would have had the same problem as us. After unpacking our car, we were then told that the rate provided did not stand. We then went to hotels.com and booked online. When I showed the reception the booking confirmation and the payment receipt, he said he needed to wait for it to come through to his system, but seemed distracted by other things going on at reception and didnt seem to check, until I stood at reception and didnt move until he started to check us in. Eventually we got to our room, which was situated in a really bad corner of the hotel, as the hotel was not fully booked, we were very disappointed to have a view of a large white drape of material (it seems they are perhaps still working at the hotel), but not pleasant at all, considering there must have been better located rooms The room was very nice, well decorated, no complaints there apart from they didnt provide bottled drinking water, which is usually free in 5 star hotels. We had to use the mini bar, not a problem, but just a small thing that we noticed. On check out I was told that my credit card would now be charged with total amount, and when I told them i had already paid, they did not believe me (even showed them the hotels.com receipt of payment), they were s Lisateave
"Even more than we had hoped for!"
We had received good reports about this stylish new hotel, but were still pleasantly surpised by the quality of facilities and room accomodations, Even more impressive was the attentive personal service we received during our visit. "Services quite poor for a five star hotel rating!"
Sevice was absolutely unacceptable for a five star hotel. Left the hotel room at 08:30am, returned at 2:15pm and our room was not yet cleaned, using the excuse there was not enough linen! We waited for ice for 10 hours before we finally asked for the 4th time around! This is with no exagerration.
