Great Hotel, conveniently located in historic district. Valet parking but we were able to park right in front for free over the weekend and the hotel refunded the valet charge for those two days no questions asked. If you have ever visited Savannah that is almost impossible to find in the historic district. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. […] Breakfast was nice and at no extra charge. "Close to Historic Savannah - and worth every penny"
On the return of our family visit to Florida, we decided to try to check out downtown Savannah. This hotel, located at the edge of the historic district, and easy walking distance to the Savannah river, offered an ideal location for our visit. We are only sorry we could not stay longer. Beautiful, spacious room with a very comfortable bed. Close to downtown Savannah and River Street. Staff was extremely friendly. Our car battery died while it was parked, and the valet jump started it for us. Perfect hotel experience.
"Great Business Trip"
I thought the rooms were large, trendy and very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was the parking situation. They charge $20 a day for parking your car in their garage which is pretty steep compared to a lot larger cities with similar space constraints.

Room was clean, but could use some stain removal on carpet. Everyone who worked there was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was always good, as was the 24 hr coffee. The hotel was located right at the historic district.

Liked everything except hotel staff kept misinforming guests on the time breakfast is available. Lots of guests did not get breakfast because of this, including my party.

Everything was pretty nice there. The only 2 things that got me were the surprise "parking fee " and the bathroom. The valet is not an option and costs you a quick $20 added right to your room bill. The bathroom had a light out and the door never seemed to close all the way leaving privacy out unless you are very comfortable going to the bathroom with […] the door partially open. Everything else was very nice. If you are staying there do NOT go and eat at Circa 1875. "Good location, good beds but needs better flow"
The lobby decor was airy & appealing but for breakfast, it was awkward & frustrating. Breakfast on the whole had great content but the layout was poor and the restocking was slow and uneven

This hotel provides an excellent value at a great location. We easily walked to the lovely Savannah squares, downtown shopping, and the riverfront. We definitely will look for Springhill Suites again.

Absolutely Stay Here ! My first visit there was with a group of people use to fine hotels and we were all extremely satisfied with this stay. Very accomodating front desk and Consierge. The Fitness Center and Pool and Spa area were extremely clean and well kept. This is a great place for business or family trips. Short walk through the historic district […] and we were at the river. "Springhill Suites Downtown Savannah"
Loved the hotel, close to everything. Didn't get to the brunch as the desk staff kept giving out incorrect information about when it ended!! We weren't the only guests that happened to, so maybe that cuts down on how many guests they have to feed! That is my only negative experience.
"Great location- beautiful colors"
This hotel was great. The colors are beautiful. The carpet was stained and the pocket doors had finger prints-- but nothing gross. BEAUTIFUL decor. Was a little pricey, but worth it for that location.

"Bad servixe"
Hotel room was dirty. Hair on sink. Bed comfortable and okay location. Breakfast was way understaffed and understocked. Garbage overflowing. Would not recommend.

"Great Hotel"
The staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean and pretty and it was located within walking distance of everything. I would definitely stay there again.
It was conveniently located to River Walk and the areas around which we wanted to see. We've been to Savannah many times, but we took my sister who had never been--she thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The location was superb and the staff very friendly. Our only complaint was that, after our room was cleaned, there were no towels left for us. None whatsoever. I called the front desk and it took over an hour for the towels to be replaced. The rooms were welcoming and nicely decorated. I would stay here again.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast had many choices. The location is excellent. What more can I say? I'm looking forward to staying there again.

I stayed here with my daughter who needed a place to recover from knee surgery. The room was lovely, and by coincidence we got the handicapped suite which was helpful with the shower accommodations and wide doorways. A group of young gymnasts were staying also, but I never heard a peep. Breakfast was a bit competitive, and staff couldn't seem to keep […] up with supplies. Neighborhood seemed very ghetto at night, but looked better in the morning. Breakfast was so/so. The rooms were like an IKEA explosion - kind of funky and fun. Although the hotel was ok, I will probably try another hotel next time.

large room for four of us. Staff was so helpful with directions, recommendations of where to tour. Not even one person was unfriendly. The breakfast covered everything we wanted and more. Staff kept it stocked with food and cleaned as they went. We will definitely stay there again.

Great location, ample spacious clean and modern rooms, and close to all the things you want to see in Savannah. The front desk staff was wonderful and very attentive and followed up to ensure I was taken care of with my taxi request. I will be back and staying here again on my next visit.

The hotel was wonderful. Extremely clean and comfortable. Very modern. The staff were excellent and attentive. I would highly recommend this property and I WILL return there again. Near to the center of the historic district. Everything is within walking distance including Paula Deen's restaurant.

We were very happy with this hotel. It is beautifully decorated and the room set-up is great for families since the bathroom is divided into two rooms, with sinks and mirrors in both rooms. The breakfast is included in the price and includes many hot food options. Great price, great location, great hotel!

We were within walking distance of the market, waterfront & a number of great eateries. The hotel was modern & different in its decor. The hotel staff was outstanding -- they remembered our names & just did an excellent job. The concierge helped with dinner reservations at Paula Dean's restaurant & Tracy did an outstanding job! "Comfortable Hotel"
This is a new hotel in the Historic District. Good breakfast. No issues during our stay. There is a separate area for small office. It has a sofa bed aside from the 2 queen beds. Good design.
"Wonderful Stay!"
We chose this hotel on price, and as long as you don't mind walking a few extra blocks to the main historic areas it is fabulous. Super nice staff, great complimentary breakfast and a suite is so much roomier than a typical hotel room. Recommended!

"Not a suite!"
It's not a suite really. The two "rooms" are divided by a glass wall that goes halfway across the room. It was conveniently located and clean. The housekeepers were idiots. The breakfast was way too crowded, so avoid it even though it's free. I don't recommend it because it's not a real suite, and my husband and I were pretty disgusted that we had to […] watch TV with the kids. Lisateave

The only reason I did not give this hotel a 5 overall is because it was so loud the whole night! From the moment we got there there we could hear everyone on either side of us just plain talking.
