Was a really good hotel....very strange lack of customer service though...we had to stand on the front step in the rain and call a number before being let in.....noone to be seen there the whole time of our stay...we were just texted a code for our room and front door....I don't know if this ever changes or not. On the plus side, the room was great […] - spacious, comfortable and exactly what we needed, and a great location, I'm just not sure what would happen if you had a problem while you were there as there was no reception or personal customer service at all except for a phone number! However for a cheap and comfortable base for a trip to Liverpool I would definitely stay here again. Lisateave

Centre of Liverpool easily reached by bus from hotel. Shops within walking distance. Very busy road, but room was quiet. We shall definitely repeat.

Other than not being told that we would have to ring a phone number for attention (there are NO staff), the stay was pleasant enough. The room was wonderful, clean, light and spacious. No complaints at all. We only used it really as a crash pad, so cannot recommend it other than that.

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de réception et si vous n'avez pas reçu de mail avec le code d'entrée et le code de votre chambre (ce qui était mon cas), il faut appeler un numéro anglais avec des gens qui ne font pas beaucoup d'efforts pour être compris, pas très agréables, et surtout qui ne voient aucune réservation à votre nom. J'ai dû appeler hotels.com […] sur mon téléphone français, depuis l'Anlgeterre, pendant 30 minutes pour régler le problème et suis arrivée dans ma chambre après 1H d'attente!!! Donc à éviter si vous ne parlez pas anglais couramment. Ne comptez pas sur le parking qui n'a que 2 places; il faut se garer dans la rue, sur la route, à côté. Sinon la chambre était très bien décorée et propre. L'hôtel dispose aussi d'une petite cuisine et vous avez un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Lisateave

A limpeza do quarto não é satisfatória, assim como a água do duche que sai com pouca pressão e ou morna, ou muito fria.

Helt greit, noen må jo ha rommet mot gata også, denne gangen ble det meg.Kurant avstand til skikkelig engelsk Pub, flere spisesteder, men ikke så mye butikker.
