Many downtown attractions are centered on the Riverwalk, Fort Lauderdale’s chief arts, entertainment, and shopping district. Its landmarks include the Museum of Arts Fort Lauderdale and trendy Las Olas Boulevard. The Broward County Convention Center lies southeast of the downtown core. Nearby, palm trees shadow the promenade along Fort Lauderdale Beach, among the cleanest in the nation.

"Nice place in FL"
Very reasonable for the price and a nice room and pool. They were helpful with letting us do laundry and holding a package for us. Just be careful of getting cabs to this place none of the taxi drivers seem to know where it is!
"Nice little motel!"
My husband and I stayed ay the Seaside Motel for 2 nights before a cruise and were very satisfied with our room based on the reasonable rate that we paid. Just around the corner from the W, it is in a great location and only a fraction of the cost. The beach is just around the corner and across the road. It was a large room and has incredibly comfortable […] beds! The pool was nice and clean and there is a water taxi stop close by. The fridge worked great for storing our cold drinks and snacks. We had some issues with the room safe not working and the TV seemed only to get one channel but we were out and about and didn't really need these items - the staff was friendly and efficient and I am sure would have sorted these things if they had been an actual problem for us. We mentioned them upon checking out and they apologised and said they would be sorted for the next guests. Not a luxury establishment, but friendly and adequate for a night or two. We would stay here again and not hesitate to recommend it to our friends. Our only negative comment would be that the bathroom needs updating, but they have been sprucing up their properties and hopefully have plans to do this. Lisateave
"Great location"
This hotel is in a fantastic location and is a very short walk from the beach and a number of restaurants and bars. The room was a housekeeping room with fridge, stove, microwave and dishes. Although not luxurious, the room was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again.
