"Pricey for what you get."
Hotel is crammed into a city neighborhood and entering/leaving the parking garage is a pain. King size bed was really two smaller beds pushed together. Room was nice enough and service was friendly and helpful. "New Kings |Hotel , Green Point, Capetown"
An excellent hotel in all respects. Being above the second floor of a small shopping mall not easy to find but in fact very convenient with a free underground secure garaging. Only a few minutes from Camps Bay but much cheaper. Large rooms with I-Pod connection but, and the only criticism, no fridge. Superb breakfast included.

We stayed at the hotel for 5days. The room is spacious, well appointed en modern.

"Great Stay for Cape Town"
A brilliant hotel...once you have found the entrance behind the shopping centre. The staff were excellent and could not have be more helpful. Breakfast was an absolute feast and located close to the Cape Town open top tour bus to see the sights. A gem in Sea Point with a few minor blips soon fixed by the staff.

"New Kings Hotel - wow"
Not knowing Cape Town I was not sure about the area / location but it is perfect! On a bustling street full of shops, a block from the sea, and round the corner from the popular upmarket Camps Bay. The hotel itself is shiny new, and being part of a shopping centre only worked to its advantage with easy access to amenities including a spa, hairdresser, […] Woolworths for groceries, wellness shop, and super cafe. The quality of the room was impressive - more botique with mod cons incl. an iPod dock in the wall playing music via the integrated sound system. Our room had a sea view and absolutely everything else we could ask for. The buffet breakfast was good but could be improved. Loved our stay here and look forward to returning to the same hotel. "good location, nice rooms"
Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the location convenient. It was a very good sized room. Pros: - good size room - convenient location - ok breakfast - bathroom clean - staff assisted greatly with microwave and cotbed for our infant - indoor safe, fridge and aircon was useful Cons: - we had a very dirty rug in our room and room was not cleaned […] properly with lots of dust behind furniture - towels were changed every day despite not putting them out - a lot of road noise early morning (circa 6am) Lisateave
"New Kings Hotel,Cape Town- Very convenient"
we stayed 2 days in the hotel, very convenient to Sea Point, Waterfront, table mountain, about half hours' drive to airport. The hotel facility is nice and service is perfect. When you open the window, you're able to have the view of sea. Unfortunately, all the hotels are non-smoking.

Hotel situated within close proximity of Camps Bay, Mouille Point and Anchors Bay, which meant easy access to areas we visited. Hotel rooms very modern, clean and bright, with awesome views of Lion's Head. With the windows closed, noise from outside was blocked out. i arrived late at about 8 30 pm ,and after checking in asked the reception for an internet voucher to go online, was informed there are none left. The next morning i went to see the manager who was at the breakfast dinning room filling her plate with ot anyroom for any other food. I asked her about the internet story and she said what can she do and […] marched off to her office with her ful plate of food. i then decided to go look for her in her office and conforted her with her mouth full shoving all that food down her throat she said she was going to refund me some money. well i was leaving and asked for her bosses number i called him up to complain and he was very appologetic about the situation and promised to call back,i am stil waiting and my coffee has got very cold.
