Very disappointed. They offer a room with 2 queen beds - they are full size beds and our feet hung off the end :)...Clean but run down - they advertize that the hotel has been recently updated - untrue. Woke up to our bathroom leaking from the celing light (water pouring and filling a bucket). Reported it to the front desk (very nice lady) but they […] took no action to remedy the situation. Never offered any return on our charges or even an offer to come back. "heated" pool was not open but this could be because it was the weekend "before" Memorial Day. Average continental breakfast offered with toaster located outside on patio and it was cold outside. Lisateave

The Lodge is a perfect spot for a stay. Located near town but on a quiet road allows for easy access and a good night's rest. Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff was wonderful!! Would definitely stay here again!

Of all the hotels we stayed in past years when we visited Maine, Turbats Creek Lodge was the most satisfying. The best feature is Sophie. She was most gracious, courteous, and helpful. Please convey our sincere appreciation to her for the effort she has expended on our behalf.

for the area, a great deal. great staff to work with. i never had a room cleaned as well as that room was cleaned our second day. very convenient location. hotel is a little dated, but it did not effect our stay at all. had a lovely time here.

The reception staff was excellent and gave me a lot of good advice as to where to eat (including an excellent Lobster restaurant) and places to visit in the Kennebunkport area. Maps were also provided. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained with no drink making facilities, although they were available from reception. The bed was very comfy […] and the bathroom and furnishings were clean and well cared for. An excellent choice on my part and I'd recommend The Lodge at Turbat's Creek as a great place to stay. Very quiet, very nice staff, clean and well decorated, great stay, I would rate it much better than most the other motels we stayed at on this trip. The motel is close enough to town but a bit far to walk to.

Several family members stayed at the Lodge at Turbat's Creek to meet for a family wedding. We were between the wedding a reception, and did not have time to get something to eat. The person working behind the desk brought out pastries, which tided us over until we got to the reception. I thought this certainly was beyond expectations. We had a fantastic stay! The hotel was outside of town in a beautiful quiet wooded area and perfectly situated for exploring kennebunk and the surronding area. The staff were polite and helpful especially sonia on reception and the rooms were comfortably furnished and spotlessly clean. The people who worked there coul d not have been nicer or more helpful. They will give you advice on what to do and where to go and even gave us a room to change in after we had already checked out and spent the day at the beach. For the $ you can't beat this place!

Loved this place. Very clean and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us out. Would definitely come back. The heated saltwater pool was great and the hotel is located very close to many great. Sights.

It was just like I thought it would be! We love smaller properties ( 26 rooms) with their quaint and casual feeling. We felt like it was more of an authentic Maine visit. Sophie ( the front desk mgr +) was amazing! She's extremely organized ( wears lots of hats), efficient, knowledgable and very easy-going and friendly. We would definitely stay here […] again! I like the fact that they are "pet friendly" even tho we didn't take our dog. We had NO complaints. If you love smaller hotels, I highly recommend Lodge @ Turbat's Creek! Lisateave

.We were very pleased with the Inn. The decor was a little dated, but Sophie's. enthusiasm and kindness made up for it. It was a great location. Near to the town, but without the congestion. Sophie was very gracious and helpful in directing us to places we wanted to visit. Would definitely stay there again

We spent 4 nites at the Lodge and was pleased with the location. Short drive to downtown. Had a large clean room. Very pleasant staff. Very comfortable stay. Did not want to leave. =)

The Lodge at Turbat's Creek had very clean comfortable room and the customer service was great. Very nice continental breakfast with danish and other sweet rolls with coffee. The only slight downside was the rooms had very old antiquated TV sets. Nice location in Kennebunkport. I would visit again.

The hotel was close to all of the wedding events I was there for. It is a bit out of the way, but was within 2 miles of all the places I needed to be. The area was quiet and very nice.

This was our second stay at this motel and we love the quiet and comfortable rooms. Sofie at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The pool was warm and refreshing and the grounds were well kept. We hope to come back again soon.

The Lodge lived up to it's reviews from the moment we walked into the office and never disappointed. Sofie at the front desk was very nice, helpful and recognized us through out our stay. The Lodge is not on a main road (so it's quiet - we usually end up at places near highways) but is also easy to find. The room was clean, comfortable and a nice size […] (including the bathroom). While I had read a few reviews that were not that good, I decided to book The Lodge at Turbat Creek because it was close to a wedding that we had to attend. I am very glad that I did. I found the room to be spotless and Sophie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was pretty basic, but considering most hotels in […] the area do not give you breakfast included with the room price, we were very happy! I would certainly recommend this hotel to someone visiting the area. I do not think that it is within walking distance to the shops in Kennebunkport, but it was only a few minute drive. We did not use the pool as we were only there overnight, but the pool and the area around the pool looked very nice. Lisateave

I had looked at reviews before booking this motel. So many mentioned Sophie at the office desk. She is truly a gem. This made for a pleasant experience. The Lodge at Turbat's Creek is clean, quiet and very pleasant. I will definately go back.

Very comfortable and clean room, free toiletries and breakfast included - great value. Large clean room and big bathroom with good shower. Location was quiet, though not really walking distance into Kennebunkport at night (no streetlights), although possibly you could in daylight! Friendly staff, green surroundings.
