Personally i would like to recommend the use of CLR to get rid of hard water and stains to things such as sink, taps and toilet bowls. My toilet lid was discoloured around the rim, the wall papering was loose and the towels were so discoloured, thank God i brought some of my own. Beds and lines were clean

I was not Happy at all. Large gap under the room door. Large Ants all through the room, My stay was 2 days and there was NO ROOM SERVICE!!. Towels were Dirty. Ice machine was on the other side of the hotel. I will Never go back there. Even if it was for free. Never.

There was NO daily room Service. I had to share My room with 100's Big Giant Black Ants. You had to run around in the Shower just to get wet. There was a 1 inch gap at the bottom of the entry door. Most of the Towels that were in the Jetted Tub area were DIRTY. I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN. EVEN IF IT WAS FREE!!!

The room was dirty, they had vacuumed the parts where you walk, but around the dresser etc, there was very obvious dirt. There was a party a few rooms away which was not shut down despite speaking to the desk. These people were banging on our door as they passed and smoking outside the room. There is no one there later at night so we ended up calling […] again at 3am to just leave a message. When they asked if we enjoyed our stay, they didn't seem to care that we had got no sleep or bad service. The room was also not as described, there is no sofa or balcony, the 'premium' TV reminds me of old style rabbit ears where there is a 'fuzz' to the stations - only 3 came in well. Lisateave

Very disappointing. We discovered dirty rags left on the sink and the sheets did not look fresh. The Inn advertised a breakfast buffet but the restaraunt was closed. It advertised a swimming pool but the outdoor pool was half empty with black water and it advertised $9 a day parking but then added an additional 13% tax. The tv and phone didn't not work in our room, we stayed in room 53, advised the staff and they just wrote down the tv and phone not working, also late at night people were arguing or fighting but no one from the staff advised them to keep the noise down

Timer for tub not working. Window sill had carp all over it. No public wash rooms.Had to us badly .

Not a great place but for a last resort ok. Picture of hotel where not accurate! we had an air conditioner in the room still installed and was broken around frame so it was cold air coming right inside room. When spoke to somebody they didnt understand why I was upset!!! never again!

We stayed at this hotel because it was cheap and close to Fallsview Casino. We had upgraded to the whilpool tub room...The tub was in an alcove surrounded by mirrors. There wasn't a vent in the room, so the tub area could not vent the steam out which means the tiles and walls are full of mold and mildew, yuck! The non-smoking room smelt of smoke. The […] comforter kept slipping out of the case, so by the morning we were pretty much sleeping with a sheet. The room was FREEZING when we got there, we turned on the heater but you have to keep it on low so you don't blow a fuse! Good place for last minute NYE

Although it's within walking distance to attractions and a nice and clean place, we were very disappointed in a few important things. First of all, there was no bar fridge in our unit and apparently most others don't have them either, so be sure to request a room with one if that's important to you. Also, the tv was brutal ! Bad enough it was a tiny […] tv, but the remote didn't even work and the reception was horrible ! When I complained at the desk, the girl didn't seem too surprised...... Lisateave

this hotel is more for the younger crowd. i wouldnt recomend it to anybody with the family.

Very disappointing hotel.The room had a very bad smell to it.Carpets smelled bad.Paint peeling off the walls and ceilings in bathroom. WE werent able to have a shower because the shower mechanism would not work.It really looked as if the hotel was closed for a long period of time and then opened just for the noght to make a quick dollar.

Me and my 72 year old mother stayed at this motel for one night on Thursday, December 1 which is very low season in Niagara Falls. We were both very pleased. The hotel is only rated as a 2star but I would rate it higher when comparing to other 2star hotels I stayed at before. Our room was very very clean, the beds were spacy and very comfortable, the […] bathroom was clean and the bathtub was quite new and I did not hesitate to take a bath which I normally do not do at other motels. It was also very warm in the room. There is also a restaurant in the hotel and they offer All-you-can-eat breakfast bar for $5.99 which is a great deal. The reception was extremely nice and accomodating. I asked for a coffee maker and one was brought immediately to our room. I was somewhat dissapointed that TV reception was very poor (unless I did not set it up properly) and that the radio's volume adjustment switch was broken so we could not regulate it to our preferred level. What I really liked about this motel is that is only 500 meters (half of a kilometer) from Fallsview Casino where we went to see a night show and it is within a 10 minute downhill walk to the Falls. And there is a nice gift shop nearby where we could also buy drinks and snacks including fresh sandwiches. Lisateave

Every employee I spoke to or seen was happy, polite and accommodating. The room was not so nice tho. Example, in the shower the only soap available was already opened and used. The room needed some TLC (walls washed, carpet shampooed, etc). Price of room was good, but in this case, get what you pay for.

hotel is very simple! clean, presentable and the best feature they have is its very convenient to the falls and especially to the casino

Had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its comfortable and simple! Employees are very friendly as well

We stayed here at the end of the summer, had a great price and you cant beat the location! will be back again for sure!

We decided to visit Niagara Falls at the last minute on a long week-end and there weren't too many to pick from so we were a little hesitant based on the reviews for this hotel, but hotels.com offered a special we couldn't refuse, and it is located close to everything. This hotel is under transition and it was apparent that the owners were in process […] of updating the hotel. Our room was clean, and the beds, pillows, linen etc were new, including the down comforters. We were disappointed with the condition of the washroom, however. It definitely required renovation, and became apparent with all of the toilet troubles we incurred. I must say, however, that the staff were extremely helpful during our stay. They were really polite and quickly took care of our problems. In the end, they waived the $9/night parking fee for our troubles. Dispite this letdown, the hotel was so close to the falls that our car had mist on it each morning. We walked to everything. The first room the phone did not work and smelled of mold.. Second room: Toilet did not work, The shower was moldy, and smelled of urine. The front door had a gap where you could clearly see people walking by. The window was broken, and the heater worked for 15 minutes, then died. One bed was busted in the centre. This motel was horrible. No maintence done. Bugs living in the walls and the windows was infested with mildow. I dont know how people could rent out these rooms. But the customers service was great. She did everything she could for us. And let us pick from about 5 different rooms.

heat didnt work , filfy staind carpet ,no security and lots of drunks kicking in doors. was a nightmere

This hotel is close to the Fallsview Casino but it is disgusting. The room was not clean; very dusty. There was mold in the bathroom on the walls. No one is onsite during the night if you need anything. The parking lot is very small.

This motor in is old and is best described as an old house from the 1950's in need of a gut and rebuild. Having said that its low cost for the area and I just needed a clean bed to sleep in. The beds were clean, trust me we checked, and the shower worked etc. But one friend who was traveling with family, would not stay there and I agreed. Not a place […] for kids. We witnessed excessive partying on the balconies by ball teams and the like. I was there to race my boat. Next year I will sleep on the boat. Heh you get what you pay for! Lisateave

I was very glad the hotel was so close to everything but not happy with the room at all. I booked a family suite and this room was far from it. There were two beds that really didn't look any larger then doulbes and a sofa bed. There was hardly room to move and the sofa bed was pretty much touching one of the beds. We had a fine stay over but not everyone did as a group of baseball fans partied til late outside their rooms. We were too tired to care and just turned the TV volume up! Shower and bed good. All clean. Short walk to Falls and town. Not sure if the staff would be that useful in the event of a problem. Near the falls and within walking distance yet not within view as hotel was not built with high up floors so name is misleading.Actually I liked the arrangement of the rooms because the car could be parked directly outside of the room. We had to pay for the car parking. The hotel comodities are in bad conditions. The carpet and bath towards are in bad conditions.

This is a basic motel. There's nothing wrong with it. You won't be impressed with anything but you get a clean small room that's perfect just for sleeping and a couple hours of TV and relaxation. The benefits include the breakfast coupons, shuttle coupons and discounts on area attractions. The location is very good. It's two blocks from the casino […] and the Hilton. It's a reasonable walking distance to the Skylon Tower and the Falls. However, the walk back from the falls is uphill, so the shuttle coupons comes in handy. It's also a reasonable walk to Clifton Hill, once you figure out how to get there. I would recommend this inn for those on a budget and just want a safe, clean place to sleep. Lisateave

I don't know what was worse, the lack of comfort or the lack of cleanliness. There was mold all over the bathroom, dust and debris in all the vents, and someone else's dirty socks on shelves and shavings in the sink are apparently an added bonus. To […] make it even worse they decided it was a good idea to put the family with the 2 year old next to the room full of men on a bachelor party. You can imagine how pleased I was when there was no staff on call or duty during the night. From 1am to 5am there was a loud party complete with fights, drunken songs, broken beer bottles, and car alarms being set off (it's an open balcony motel) all night long. There was absolutely nothing in the room that had information on who to contact in case of a problem. When we left the next morning we found chewing gum, spit, and cigarette ash all over our car. Luckily for us none of the dozens upon dozens of beer bottles rolled off the balcony onto it. When we complained in the morning a very irritated worker sneered at us like we were stupid as he pointed to the sign on the front office door that told us who to call in case of a problem. I'm so glad that they think it wouldn't be easier for them to photo copy the paper and put a copy in each room than it would be for their clients to walk outside through a bunch of angry drunks, walk across a dark parking lot on a very secluded street to try and find a number taped to a dark door. Lucky us though, they waved the parking fee. I would sooner sleep in my car on the side of a highway then stay at this hotel again. It was horrible!! Lisateave

We arrived late due to returning from a week cruise. When we arrived we prepared the pull out couch for a bed, the sheets were dirty and the blanket on the bed was very thin and was ripped. We called down and asked for clean bedding etc and they were brought up to our room immediately. During the night we found out what the pull out couch comfort level […] was. The mattress was very thin, the springs came up thru the mattress and it was not comfortable at all. The pictures shown on the website are not what the room looked like. For a "fallsview room" i could not see the falls from anywhere near the hotel. Deffinately needs some upgrading from the 70's decor. Other than that the place was clean.

Very close to falls, new casino, restaurants etc. free parking, pool, rooms are worn out, old tv. Ok if you're not picky. overpriced for long weekend.

This place was a dump. I can easily say one of the worst place I ever stayed in my life. There were not even basic amneties in the room. No coffee maker, no ironing board. The pillows were so bad, it seemed they picked it up from some other hotels' dump. I got a small cut in my toe, I asked them for a band-aid, they didn't have even that. I agree it […] was a cheap place. So I would recommend to stay in this place if you can't afford more. Lisateave

The hotel reflected the price paid for rooms. Beds were comfortable, rooms in need of repair, floor damp and room smelt musty. Staff were helpful. Parking was extra, onsite breakfast left alot to be desired.

My husband and Istayed at the Lincoln Motor Inn Fallsview and we had a blast! The convenience of the free shuttle was so great. There was plenty of room in the bedroom and they were very clean. The pool was a great place to lay out and catch some sun, although we got out and experienced all the close by attractions like the Maid of the Mist. You get what you pay for. However, when I requested a non-smoking room I at least expected to get a non-smoking room that didnt burn our eyes and make us gag. We request another room which was much better and even had a pull out sofa. The room needed up grading. Upset that I left my slippers at home cause the carpet was extremely dirty. The washroom […] needed some new drywall and a paint job. The AC was in a different part of room so it took a few hours to cool down the room. All in all it was close to the falls and if you're staying there only to sleep I guess you can suck it up like how I did. Lisateave

Convenient and affordable but amenities not all as described. Main example is the spa which was filled in as a rock garden. Pool is not heated either even though the signs say so. Decent enough job at maintaining an older facility but no attempt at improvement or renovation. This is more of an motel, the room which we stayed in was very run down toliet nasty couldnt flush properly, the bath was stained all ove and shower broken. If the did had cable wouldnt have been too bad but the didnt. the only good thing is that the location is close to all attractions
