This hotel represented excellent value for money. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff very helpful and they spoke good English. The buffet breakfast was perfectly adequate with a wide range of the usual things on offer. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute tram ride from the centre (tram number 3). The trams are excellent value (buy a 24 hour […] pass at the hotel reception - 110 Kr) and just hop on and off them at will. There is a main tram stop within 100 m of the hotel. Overall no complaints at all, would recommend the hotel, especially at the price paid. Lisateave

The hotel is located close to the old town. The staff is excellent - very polite and eager to help. The room was tidy and very comfortable. And the breakfast was decent: it was delicious an the variety of food was enormous. If I come to Prague once again, I will choose this hotel for sure.

The hotel was excellent. Staff were very helpful. There are two tram lines that link it to both city centre and tourist spots. We would definitely recommend it for all.

The only thing we didn't like was the twin beds.the location seemed far at first but it is close to center. The front desk was helpful. We used the cab service from the hotel to be picked up and dropped off at airport,was about 35.00 dollars. We we pleased with hotel overall. The first room we were in was on the 5 th floor. Rooms are immaculate although somewhat small. Bathroom is large, modern and well equipped shower. We had a very quiet room on the inside patio. The breakfast is complete with lots of healthy choices - fresh fruits, nuts, as well as regular fair eggs, meats, etc. Two local restaurants within walking distance are excellent. Was a pretty good hotel. It is very close to a tram stop and a Tesco Express, but I wouldn't call it super convenient to the sites. It is however a quick, cheap tram ride to all the major sites. The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff friendly. Wifi is consistent and at a decent speed. The room itself had a nice bathroom, with a spacious shower […] and a towel warmer. My only complaint was the "double bed" that was 2 twin beds next to each other. They weren't even bound by a larger queen sheet like most other European hotels, so I kept rolling into the space between during the night. Lisateave

ParkInn is overall a nice and clean hotel with courteous hotel staff. Although its location is not near the city center, but it's just a short 5 minute tram ride to it. The room was readily available when we checked in. We booked a non-smoking room but the smell of cigarette smoke was clearly evident in the room we got. It is a very nice, clean hotel with all the amenities you need. I love the room, comfy beds and the staffs are friendly and helpful. However, since my room is next to a train track, i couldn't sleep as well as I would like to. Also getting to the congress center was a nightmare- you need to take a tram, bus and train or walk through an isolated park […] for 20 minutes to get there. As I am by myslef, I chose the first toute but managed to take the tram and two train rides instead. Lisateave

Lovely hotel. A little distance from the main tourist areas, but walk able in 15 minutes or so. The trams are also easy and there is a tram stop quite close by. Not a huge amount of choice of places to eat nearby but the restaurant in the hotel is good We upgraded to an executive room as it was only a little more which meant we got a huge room with […] balcony and a bit of a view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative is that the hotel restaurant closed at 10pm so we couldn't get a meal when we arrived late Lisateave

This hotel was in a great location just out of all the big tourist areas but a quick tram ride to everywhere. It was in a rehabed printing house so it had an oldworld charm but modern touches. Very good totel with reasonable price. It's relatively newly renovated. Everythign is in good condisiton. The only problem is it is slightly off the tourist center. It take about 20-30min to walk there. And there's a tram and railroad line near hotel.

Great variety for the breakfast buffet, hotel was close walking distance to trams. Room was clean. Nice gym. Only thing I wish there was a free shuttle for guests to and from airport.

Enjoyed our stay. Although the hotel was away from city centre (old town), it was easily accessible using the trams (17). Preferred staying at this location, as the building was modern, therefore our rooms were well furnished. A more central hotel would have smaller rooms/less comfort, although more character.

This hotel was excellent. The service was great, friendly, fast. I heard some complaints about the noise of the train from the other side of the hotel but we didn`t have that problem. I think it`s worth requesting a room on the opposite side of where the train is though. Quality to price, it`s pretty ideal.

everything was good about the hotel except the location. It is very close to the river but it is between two tram stations and not on the metro line. You might feel kind of unsafe in the night in the neighbourhood. Breakfast was typical park plaza. Staff was good, friendly and ready to help.

The Park Inn was just perfect. From the sumptious breakfast buffet to the large fluffy pillows and comfortable bed, they know how to please any traveller. Of all the hotel stays in eastern Europe, this hotel was far and away the best!

It was a basic hotel the beds were difficult to sleep in if you were to sit up the bed moved away from the wall. We had someone entering our room every morning to check the mini bar we eventually had to put on the latch so he could not enter to get a bit of privacy.

I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel, especially at the Expedia rate. It is only a few years old with modern fittings and, best of all, good showers that are separate from the bath. We booked a tripple and when we arrived there were 3 beds, but only 2 sets of towels and 2 mugs. After speaking to reception the evening we arrived, they said they would be brought up straight away and they were not. On our last day the maid also decided to leave 2 sets again instead of 3. The service was so great. I forgot the part from my laptop in the room and per my request they delivered it to another place without charge where I was able to pick it up. Thank you to hotel taxi driver!!

The hotel is well presented, with all the facilities expected for a 4 Star hotel. the rooms are standard but a little small, the staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the old city. it would be a lovely walk along the river during the summer but a bit cold and wet when we walked.

A new hotel, it is very clean and well built. The location is good if you don't mind a 5 minute tram ride to the State Opera (or a 15 min walk along the river). We will definitely return. The convenience store behind the hotel was a great help, and there are decent restaurants (local) within walking distance.

Nice hotel, a little bit out of the centre but close enough to walk. Booked a king size room and got two singles pushed together which was a bit of a pain but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

well it didnt snow but can hardly blame that on the hotel! a great hotel, excellent breakfast choices and all staff happy and eager to help. location not ideal but away from tourists and trams only 4 minutes walk away and best of all a wee tescos nearly next door for sweeties for the kids would return and enjoy as excellent value

The hotel suited our needs for a 3 night stay. With good facilities including bar ,bistro and a gym. The location of the hotel was slightly out of the centre but the tram was only a short walk away,next to the river, so this was not a problem. The only downside was the hotel was across the road from railway track but there was no real noise.
