This is a do it yourself hotel. Come down to desk to get basic linen needs . The noise from the outside patio was heard till 3:15 am from the 3rd floor. One person couldn't man the desk and enforce party noise policy. Can hear through walls; even with sliding door pulled. Very challanging location.

The hotel was beautiful, very clean. The front desk personnell were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were outstanding...I would definately stay at an Element hotel again

The hotel was really great! It was a very trendy and modern hotel that was dog friendly. There was a microwave, dishwasher, utensils, stovetop all in the room! Like a mini apt! People were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint was the walls seemed thin. You could hear people talking in the room next to you and i was awoken at 7am by a wimpering […] dog in the room next to us! Otherwise, a great place to stay! I would go back. Lisateave

This hotel was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at for the price. The ambiance was great and the hotel room was very clean. The hotel is conveniently located by the highway and very close to many, good restaurants. Free fast wifi and great amenities.

I had a one bedroom ste and very roomy. I love the sitting area. Full kitchen. Few minutes from shopping eating and drinks.

Its a great hotel and very friendly towards the environment, price was great and service was great too. Bed and sheets are awsome and the cleanliness of the hotel is imaculate. Even the air quality was great for my family.

Good value. As most hotels, lighting is a real problem. Impossible to read in bed at night with two side lamps provided, but that is the universal,problem with hotels. Otherwise, all very good

We just spent the night after our Wedding Reception, the room was super clean and the confort was just superb, we really loved this hotel and we would be more than happy to reccommend it to friends and family members coming to town.

Hotel is nice. The room was pretty clean except for a hair in the neck of the travel lotion left on the counter. I guess the cleaning staff figured if someone left the bottle it must be unused. The room was fantastic! It had comfy beds, full kitchen, enormous bathroom with amazing rain showerhead and a delicious complimentary breakfast. Everything was very clean and the staff was very professional and friendly. We will definitely stay at the Element again.

Bed could have had a bit more padding, but otherwise our stay was excellent.The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent---best complimentary breakfast I have ever had. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone in the area.

Great time and trip. Would stay in this hotel again. Very clean, friendly staff, other guest were great as well. The only negative was we arrived around 10:00pm for our checkin. Our room type (double queen suite) had been over booked and the hotel wanted to put us in a king suite. Within 5 minutes of speaking during checkin and doing a search. We were […] able get the room we requested but the wheelchair accessible version of it. Only difference was the bathrom shower wise. Hotel is nice, breakfast is pretty good...I just didn't like the stains on the carpet on the 4th floor...they look like urine stains from the pets that are allowed in the hotel. Other than that, everything was good.

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was great, they had a Wii hooked up in the lobby so the kids enjoyed playing, while we enjoyed a couple adult beverages...

We stayed at the Element to attend a wedding at the Longwood Golf Club which was less than 10 minutes away. The hotel lobby and our room were clean and bright. Having a kitchen in the room was very convenient as we knew we wouldn't be able to eat much at the wedding due to following a special diet. I appreciate all the attempts to be green/ sustainable […] without being cheap. Beds were comfy and the high rainfall shower head in the bathroom was awesome. The only issue was a leak under the sink, but we put in a call to the front office and someone was there to fix it within an hour. Great service, great stay.

It was our first time stay at any Element hotel and everything was perfect. Check-in and checkout were both painless and surprisingly easy. Facilities were clean, hi-tech, and green.

The hotel was really nice, but first room we got smelled like somebody had smoked there. So we changed rooms. The second room smelled a lot like smoke too. This is supposed to be a non-smoking facility, however, I did not see one, not even a single non-smoking sign!

This hotel has a modern decor and great location, we enjoyed it very much. The room had a kitchen with everything you need to cook a meal or warm up food. The room was a bit beat up, with plaster/putty all over the walls covering up holes or something. I had to go to the front desk 3 times because my key card wouldn't open my door. Gym was really small. The room was a good size at least. I wouldn't stay here again though, I'd rather go to the Hampton across the street.

The hotel was an excellent choice. It allowed me to attend to business and also keep my children entertained / occupied with appropriate activities. Only issue we had was that the keys kept demagnetizing.

Our concierge Kathryn was great, creative, and enthusiastic! The whole hotel and rooms smelled sweet and inviting, like Lemongrass. The design decor inside and outside were very zen. Loved that there was filtered water on tap and ice in the freezer (don't forget to turn the ice maker on!) right in the rooms. Love that there is hybrid car parking, and […] swivel TVs in the rooms, and shampoo and conditioner dispensers in the showers. The kitchen came with cutting board, coffee maker, utensils, bowls, plates, bottle opener, and more! Happy about their Eco friendly choices and healthy breakfast options. We came 15 minutes before breakfast was over, and everything warm was gone. It would have been nice to keep breakfast stocked until it is over...not trying to close out early. Maybe have breakfast until a little later on the weekends? It would be nice if there were ceiling fans in the room. Wish I could have spent more time there, and can't wait to have a reason to go back :) Lisateave
