Iside - Pompei

Hotel with beautiful views and surrounded with bird song. The excavations are round the corner, so too is a large supermarket, all within a short walk. I used different Pompei stations to access the CircumVesuviana, all an interesting walk away.

The Iside is very close to everything our family of two Adults & two children, ages 12 & 9, needed for our trip to Pompei & Vesuvius. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. They directed us to a wonderful restaurant for our evening meal and the hotel breakfast was just right to get us started in the morning. We were looking for a place that was clean […] and comfortable, with just the basics and we were not dissappointed. If you're looking for a place to sleep and get off to a good start in the morning, this is it! Nothing fancy, but a comfortable family feeling. We highly recommend this hotel. Lisateave

The hotel is a small and very friendly family run establishment that provides a value for money service. My wife and I would happily stay at the hotel again. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained as are the public areas of the hotel. Security could hardly be bettered. Cars are parked in the grounds of the hotel and access to the car park […] and the hotel itself is controlled at all times by the duty receptionist. Breakfast is the only meal service available and it is of good quality. There is a bar and one can enjoy a glass of wine or beer relaxing in the shade of the orange and lemon orchard before going out for dinner. The hotel is situated about a 5 minute walk from the town centre where there is a wide range of restaurants and trattoria and a rail station. The hotel is situated about a 3 minute walk from the town entrance into the Pompeii excavations. However, this entrance does not have any audio tour equipment, which can only be hired at the main entrance about 2km distant. On balance my wife and I were happier to be close to the town. Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter les ruines de Pompei, environ 300 m. Parking fermé. Accueil très très chaleureux. Jardin très agréable avec beaucoup d'agrumes (citrons, organes,..) qu'on peut prendre. D'ailleurs le jus d'orange du petit-déjeuner vient en direct des oranges du jardin. Le petit-déjeuner est très bien. Une bouteille d'eau offerte lors […] de notre départ, ça ne coûte pas cher, mais l'intention est très agréable! La chambre que nous avions était côté rue donc un peu bruyante. Propre. Etat correct. Un hôtel vraiment très agréable. Lisateave
