I was very happy with my stay, the room was nice and the breakfast was good. I did have Dinner the evening before upon my arrival and it was OK,considering everything. It was certainly a lot better than having to go out in the cold evening to find a Restaurant

This is by far the nicest, some elegant, modern and feng-shui-ed hotel I have been in. I travel a lot and stayed in probably over 50 different hotels thus far, and this would have to be the most stylish and comfortable. The bed is super comfy. The lighting is perfect and varies. The TV is in the right position. The bathrooms with marble finishes one […] sink and in shower area. The couch is elegant, as well as the overall decor. Its a great hotel experience, especially with the complimentary laundry facility and restaurant/cafe inside the hotel. Its got style, and its practical. The stay was adequate but for the money that I spent I don’t think I will stay again. Unfortunately because of the Inauguration going on the availability of hotels was limited. We stayed near the elevator and heard everyone that was coming and going. I have no idea what they were doing on the floor above me, but it was continuous running back and forth. […] That is the first time I have ever experienced that at a hotel. And of course no complimentary breakfast was served, boo. The surrounding area was great and we were about 20 minutes from the Metro. Lisateave

i usually stay the the hampton inn while away from home but decided to try the courtyard instead. I was vey pleased with everything from checking in to checking out. The bathroom floor was dirty. It had not been cleaned since the last guest occupied the room. Also, I lost an earring and moved the bed to try and find it and found paper left by a previous guest under the bed.

I thought the hotel it self and staff were friendly and the place was a great stay. I expected to at least have a small breakfast buffet and did not so that was the only draw back. This is usually pretty standard at most hotels these days and was surprised it was not offered.

The staff members were quick, nice, and helpful. It was very easy to get checked in and settled. The strawberry-banana smoothie is excellent!

Very pleased but towards the end of my stay, was not very happy with housekeeping bothering to clean the room toward lunch time. Overall, staff were very helpful.

Room was clean and service was good. We have stayed here several times in the last year and the one big problem is finding it in spite of having been there several times. We always miss the road and even though we try to look for landmarks, it's hard to find because it's set back off the road. The last time, we were looking for the Best Buy as a landmark, […] but because it was dark and closed, we totally missed it. Lisateave

The Reception Staff was EXCELLENT!!! Check in was flawless despite Expedia not providing the hotel with the right first name. The evening reception person was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had forgotten some key items and she was able to provide exactly what we needed.

We recently stayed here while attending a wedding about 1 1/2 hours south of Waldorf. The hotel was lovely. The room was quite comfortable. The business center was very accessible and helpful. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I have 2 complaints: 1) I had was that the bathroom floor was not clean when we arrived and never was vacuumed or cleaned […] while we were there. There was hair on the floor from the moment we arrived. 2) We arrived at 4am the first day and slept in until 11am. The maid came at that time and only 1 of us had showered. She exchanged the one dirty towel for a clean one and never came to finish the room that day. I did not complain directly to the hotel desk about the above items and probably should have. I think the bathroom floor would have probably been taken care of if I had. I'd still recommend the hotel to anyone who'd be staying in the are. Lisateave

I love the revamped style of Courtyard Marriotts! I always know what to expect and I love the new Bistro. This is why when I have a choice of where to stay, I choose Courtyard everytime :).

This was a nice place to stay. We were only there for 1 night, but it was quiet and convenient. The only criticism I have is that the bathroom floor did not appear to be very clean and I could not fit a 1/2 gallon jug of milk in the tiny refrigerator without laying it down on its side.

This Marriott is a very nice hotel. There was an initial snag at check-in, but it was resolved courteously and with little delay. The hotel representative even offered a food and/or beverage item to offset the inconvenience (which was not necessary -- things happen and this young lady did a commendable job resolving the reservation mishap.) Not to say […] this was a "bad" aspect of this hotel, but this was the only thing that borders on the negative. The hotel was very clean; the amenities were bountiful and we were made to feel welcome to all the "extras" that this hotel offered. The room was of a modern decor and yet was quite cozy. It is the type of room I could easily make a temporary residence. We were tempted to stay another night! Lisateave

very close to numerous places to eat and drink. A bit far from DC and the metrorail, but if you just need something in the waldorf area, then this is a great hotel!

i had asked for a quiet room, however, there was a constant high pitched whine in the bathroom (possibility from the adjacent Utility room). Also there were plastic wrapped glasses and when i opened one it was sticky and soiled. Else the room was clean, the staff helpful, the hotel convenient.
