Best Western Boracay Tropics - Boracay

I stayed 8 nights in this hotel. I cant praise it enough. There was some mix up initially with my airport pick up but that was the only problem i encountered. The room i stayed in was clean, large and comfortable, it was cleaned every day . The hotel is like a little oasis around a nice inviting pool. The gardens are lovely and well maintained. Breakfast […] was very good with a great selection. Free wifi was handy although a bit slow from time to time. I did eat at the restaraunt a couple of times. I cant rave about the food but it was ok and value for money. The hotel is centrally located. About 5 mins walk to the beach and then you can head right to DMall or for a quieter stroll/day turn left and head down towards station 3. There are plenty of good value restaraunts close by on the beach. Across the road is a little supermarket which comes in very handy. Like any beach resort town, anything you buy at the shops on the beach can be at a greatly increased price, best you stock up at the supermarket.. Staff all very friendly with warm welcomming smiles. English is widely spoken and understood by all the staff. If your looking for somewhere to relax, single, family whatever, and you still want to be close to all the attractions then this is your hotel. Enjoy! Lisateave

Me and my boyfriend really had a great time in the comforts of Boracay Tropics Hotel... If there would be a chance for me to go back in the island of Boracay I will still consider this Hotel on my probable list of refuge while still in the Island... Thanks to the Hotel staff whose really warm and accommodating.

Do not put any open food or beverages in the room, the ants will come！Room and website description is completely different, a good room to rely on luck, and do not take your holidays at stake!

the hotel is close in D'mall where is the island center. the breakfast is delicious and location is convenient. nice hotel~

Greeted in lobby by a glass of ice tea and friendly yet busy staff. Check in was late but this is high season and they had many people in the hotel. So the room was not ready until 3pm. The room was very clean and comfortable. at night the room was very quiet. Nice garden type grounds. everyone was very friendly and helpful. breakfast was in buffet […] style. it is a walk to the beach but not too far. I would stay here again Lisateave

We only stayed here for one night. Overall, i am satisfied with the service. Hotel staffs were all actively helpful. However, try to request the room that faces the garden or pool. Rooms face the street could annoy you with noises at night time.

We spent 5n here and overall we were v.happy with the hotel. The location is excellent. It is a very short walk to the beach, there is a discount store/supermarket across the road (Price Rite) and an ATM just a minute away. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. Great Happy Hour deals too :D My ONLY neative point is small (and a little […] fussy) is that the room was a little 'tired'. The furniture was the daggy cane variety and detracted from the room. But the biggest down-fall was the air-con. It was a hole in the wall variety that even on full (all day and night) only just managed to take the edge of the heat. To make it worse, the housekeeping staff would turn it down when they cleaned the room. The pool is not large by any means BUT it is cold, has beautiful gardens, was not busy (most people at beach I guess) and has a gradual entry at one end which made it good for my 4yo. Overall, the hotel was great value for money and I would definately return (maybe I ask if any rooms had been refurbished and request one of those ??) Lisateave

the room was clean and comfortable and the staff are very hospitable. there is some noise on the street that i could here from my room, but it wasnt enough to keep me up even though im a light sleeper.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights and had a great time. Let's start with the good things: the hotel is quite large with a nice swimming pool in the middle of the garden. Our room was facing the swimming pool, so we had no problems with the surrounding traffic. The room was large, nice bed, tv with lots of american and international channels, nice […] bathroom and lots of shelves to keep your things on. There was also an in-room safety box, which we highly appreciated. The room was clean even though we constantly kept bringing in sand from the beach. We tried out the breakfast buffet a couple of times and have no complaints, there was a large variety of different foods and drinks. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Housekeeping tried waking us up early on our first day, but they learned that we like to sleep longer so they didn't come knocking anymore. The bad things: the aircon was probably slightly faulty and was very very loud. We had to turn it off during the night to be able to sleep. The hotel is not located directly on White Beach, you actually have to walk for a few minutes. We didn't mind because we wanted to have a hotel with a swimming pool, but the street leading to White Beach was always very dark and smelly. We didn't feel unsafe, but uncomfortable. Especially after rain when there were big puddles all over and you had to look down all the time to try to avoid them. It might be good to carry a lamp or torch of some kind. We ended up taking tricycle rides just to avoid the walk. Lisateave

clean room,good quality breakfast buffet included in room rate, great pool. They have no accessible computer for guest use ( out of use) ..Hotels.com guest are on the noisy street side, their hotel staff are so accomodating. 9 minutes walk to beach

The Best Western Boracay Tropics Hotel is a modestly priced, well-run hotel which is unfortunately located on Boracay's "Main Road". This means that there is road noise 24/7 because of the non-stop parade of trikes which move tourists from one end of the island to the other. Indeed, (Boracay is a victim of its' own success because of the unchecked, […] over-development which has reduced Boracay's appeal as an idyllic island paradise. The "Boracay Tropics" Hotel, as the locals call it, also suffers from the fact it is sent back away from the beach. It is only a five-minute walk to the beach, however, you will be dodging motorized vehicles which will emit carbon monoxide exhaust for you to breath the entire entire way to the beach. For all its' hype, Boracay's streets lack sidewalks. If I wanted to choke on smog, I could just visit Manila. Btw, the Boracay Tropics Hotel lacks an elevator, so be prepared to climb stairs (four floors)! Lisateave

This hotel fulfilled our expectations of a relaxed vacation on Boracay. We received iced tea upon arrival, the room was clean and comfortable, the hotel is only a 7 minutes walk to White beach. The hotel is conveniently located about a three minute walk from the beach. The room was big, very clean and air-conditioned with a balcony. The hotel staff were very friendly and willing to help with queries. The hotel is also located on station 2 of the island where most of the bars and restaurants are also located. I can't fault this hotel on anything. […] It was exactly as it was described and I had a great holiday. I would stay here again if I ever return to the Philippines. Lisateave

Hotel is great, and the staffs are friendly. Overall, the experience is fantastic and i would highly recommend my friends to stay there in the future.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to the beach and shopping. Massage is cheaper outside the hotel and is great! We ate at the restaurant in the hotel and they were very accomodating to special dietary needs of our group. Only complaint is they kicked us out early - at Noon and shuttled us back to the ferry to go to airport way too soon. It only takes […] about 15 minutes 30 minutes tops so use your time wisely! We sat at the airport for 4 hours when we could have been at the beach, swimming pool or even shopping. Lisateave

客房很寛敝也有陽台.且二張單人床皆很大..房間內也很乾淨舒適.且地理位置也優越.但缺點是服務員替換一些用品較慢.且早餐內容好像沒有什麼太大差別.容易讓人吃膩.但整體來說這家飯店很不錯..值得推薦.

离海滩很近，步行5分钟就是S2了。 里面有个大游泳池，不错。 总体来说性价比挺高的。

酒店临街，摩托车的噪声让你感觉整夜睡在马路上。房间有数以百计的蚊虫，餐厅真的不错，如果不住在这里也可以尝试一下这里的餐厅。

当地人都知道的酒店，位置还不错离dtalipapa很近，顺着酒店旁边的小路 步行5分钟到海边。不满意的地方是晚上10点以后停热水，不能洗澡，这对玩的比较晚的人来说就很不方便啦。还有借沙滩巾和雨伞都是要收押金的。总的来说还不错，客房和洗手间够大，住着很舒服。性价比高，下次去长滩还会考虑住这家。

Frokost var inkludert i prisen, og den var helt ok. Det tok ca 5 min å gå til stranden. Hotellområdet med basseng var bra stellt, og hotellpersjonalet var meget imøtekommende.

바로 앞으로 나와 넉넉히 5분만 걸으면 비치가 나오고 더블베드로 예약했는데 침대도 싸이즈도 넓직하고 방도 생각보다 넓어서 둘이 사용하기 좋았음

Liegt in Flughafennähe. Manche Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, andere weniger. Manila-Standard. Verkehrsgünstig, damit aber an einer Hauptstraße.

원래 한번 갔었던 곳이라서 고민안하고 인터넷을통해 싸게 예약을했습니다. 대채적으로 편안하고 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절합니다. 특히 리조트 내부의 자연적인 환경이 좋습니다. 나무도 많고 수영장도 좋고 조식도 좋았어요. 위치는 보트스테이션 2와3 사이구요. 걸어서 이동가능해서 불편함은 없었습니다. 길건너편에 매점들어가면 맥주도 쉽게 살 수 있었구요. 참 디딸리빠빠는 좀 실망했어요. 다음에 다시간다면 또 여기에 머물거같네요.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse und somit ist es sehr laut. Wir haben uns beschwert und ein Zimmer in den Innenhof bekommen, aber wenn dies nicht geklappt hätte wäre es schrecklich gewesen. Ansonsten war die Klinaanlage leider sehr alt und laut und im Bad hat der Duschvorhang gestunken. Das Frühstück war aber sehr ausgiebig und lecker.

Dieses Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen,gutes Preis leistungs verhältnis,angenehme Atmosphäre,Personal als auch Einheimische sehr freundlich u.nett.War bestimmt nicht der letzte Besuch!

Wir waren zu fünft für zwei Wochen im Boracay Tropics und alles in allem recht zufrieden angesichts Preis/Leistung. Die Zimmer (Deluxe Kategorie) waren ausreichend groß und mit Klimaanlage (diese im Betrieb recht laut). Der Zimmerservice kam zuverlässig täglich, war unaufdringlich, freundlich und hat ordentlich gearbeitet. Geräusche aus den Nebenzimmern […] waren hörbar, aber nicht unangenehm laut. Das Frühstück war bei uns inklusive und grundsätzlich in Ordnung, westliche Standards darf man hier allerdings nicht anlegen. Uns haben nur Joghurt und Nutella gefehlt :-) Tipp: Das Rührei ist sehr lecker, auch wenn es wegen der (auf Boracay immer) grün-gelben Tomaten ein wenig seltsam aussieht. Am meisten Freude hatten wir in der Happy Hour mit den frischen frozen Mango Daiquiris, sehr zu empfehlen. Lage: Das Hotel liegt zentral auf der Insel direkt an der Main Street. Mit unseren Zimmern an der Seitenstraße zum Pool hin haben wir diese nicht aber gehört, auch im Restaurant und am Pool gab es keine Lärmbelästigung. Zum White Beach läuft man 5 Minuten, zur D'Mall run 15 Minuten aber wir haben immer Tricycles genommen. Die nächsten Supermärkte sind am Ende des Wegs zum White Beach und an der Main Street gleich gegenüber des Hotels. Am White Beach befindet man im südlichen bis mittleren Teil, wer mehr auf Party aus ist, sollte weiter nördlich ein Hotel suchen. Also insgesamt waren wir mit der Hotelwahl zufrieden und ich würde durchaus auch nochmal dort buchen. Wir hatten aber den Eindruck, dass bei vielen Kleinigkeiten noch Potential für Verbesserungen ist, wenn das Management etwas Geld in die Hand nehmen würde (kleinere Reparaturen, richtigen Saft beim Frühstück, etc.) und das Personal sich noch ein wenig mehr bemüht (hat zwar alles geklappt, wurden mit Anfragen bei der Rezeption aber zum Beispiel immer wieder mal vertröstet bis jemand kommt der sich auskennt). 酒店环境、地点都很好，唯一的缺点就是临近马路一侧的房间噪音太大，因为是窗式空调，几乎直接把马路上三轮摩托车的巨大的噪音传入房间，夜间也是如此。所以一定要选择朝向花园的房间。

The hotel is good and located at one block from the beach. But the connection street to the beach is narrow, dark at night and is almost everyday partially flooded when it rains.

단점 :화이트비치와는 가깝지만 중심가인 디몰과는 15분정도 걸어가야 해서 힘듬. 또한 앞에 위치한 크라운리젠시 호텔이 상당히 시끄러움. 조식은 비추천함, 먹을만한 음식이 거의 없음. 수영장이 매우 작음 장점 :직원들은 친절하고, 호텔 마사지 서비스는 굿. 가격이 싼 편임 하지만 여유가 있다면 몇만원의 예산을 들여 다른 호텔에 가는 것을 추천하고 싶음.

Hotellet ligger ikke direkte på stranden, men om du ikke har noe i mot å gå 3 min, så kan hotellet anbefales. Badebassenget og spa-tilbudet er upåklagelig. Frokosten som er inkludert i overnattingsprisen trekker noe ned, men bestilling fra menyen er tilfredsstillende. Service og hyggelige ansatte finnes 24/7. Et 4-stjerners hotel med god standard til […] en meget god pris. Lisateave
