The hotel is good for a single night. The room was clean, but small. Breakfast was acceptable.

The hotel staff were excellent, right down to having our key card out and waiting when we arrived. Room was very spacious and besides a bit of mold in the shower this hotel was superb.

I stayed one night for business. My suite was roomy, clean and comfortable. I always check for "pests" and found none - VERY important to me! No complaints at all. The breakfast was good, parking was great, it's close to Stadium Drive with mall and restaurants close by.

The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. There is some noise from the interstate nearby, but it isn't too loud. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is not a door between the bedroom and the seating area, so the term "suite" is a little misleading, but it is a spacious room with a partial wall dividing the two areas.

For a smaller town, Jonesboro has alot to offer for a fun family night. The hotel is just far enough away from the noisy, bust streets, however several different resteraunts are just minutes away. The hotel itself feels like a resort. The staff is very helpful and friendly. When I return I will certianly be staying at this hotel!

We arrived on a Friday evening, checkin was fine had reservations and that was all good, however when we got to the room our fridge was not working and needed defrosting, but maintence wasn't there this weekend, also our comforter was dirty and stained, brought another one not much better, and last of all our shower curtain had mold on it. I really […] thing this place could get at least 4 stars if they would keep check on housecleaning and maintence, oh and don't count on the breakfast they serve may want to go out, they microwaved the sausage and pastries was stale! The best hotel we have stayed in so far. The bed was absolutely fabulous. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of children in the pool and running around on the first floor. A great hotel for a great price! My husband and I traveled with our 2 year old daughter. Anyone with a toddler understands luggage is never minimal :) The room we stayed in was very spacious, even with all of our bags and our daughters toys, we still had more than enough room to walk around. I would have to say this is a nice hotel but the staff has no idea how to provide service. First, the toilet wass plugged and wouldnt flush, when I called the front desk I was told that there are no maintenance personnel so I could come to the front desk and get a plunger and fix it myself. How rude is that? Second, I was travelling with a 6 year old […] that wanted to use the pool, we stopped at the front desk to get pool towels and were told they already handed out too many and would not be giving out anymore. Dont even ask about breakfast..... they were just as rude. I think the manager needs to fire the entire staff and start over with people who actually want to work. It's a great place to stay. Quite clean, usually quiet, unless there are lots of little baseball players also staying there, then it's a bit noisy. Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Comfortable, clean room. Very friendly staff. My only real issue was that the tv in the room didn't work unless I unplugged it from the wall and replugged it several times in a row. This is what the staff told me to do when I told them it wasn't working. It was fine the first time, but got annoying very quickly. On top of that, let me just say that […] it was not easy to get behind the furniture to unplug the tv myself. I have bruises from trying to move it and I finally just tried to squeeze back behind it. Very difficult. For that reason I will be looking for another hotel next time. If it wasn't for that I would definitely go back! Lisateave

Breakfast was very good for being complimentary. Room was comfortable. I like that it has both wired and wireless internet access available. Indoor pool was very clean, but could have been a bit warmer. Overall, a great stay for me and my children.

My family of 4 (2 kids) stayed over the holiday weekend. We were very satisfied with the hotel staff, room, pool, etc I would highly recommed it to anyone comming through the Jonesboro area. We have stayed at 4-5 different hotels in Jonesboro and this one is the best as far as room floor plan, location and cleanliness. They also have microwaves and fridges in the rooms. We will be definitely be back.

Our room was wonderful! It was clean and there were outlets EVERYWHERE!! The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and plan on staying here again if the opportunity arises.
