"Motel with excellent location"
If you're going to Warm Springs festivals or shopping, you can't beat the location, maybe half a block from downtown. But this really is just an average motel room, no "country inn" to it. Other comments about air conditioning and the breakfast are inaccurate -- the AC/heat units are fairly new, digital, and certainly do fine, but you do have to set […] the temperature lower than you actually want. The person who missed the milk and sausage biscuits should have looked for the fridge under the counter.... But it's your usual kind of icky "continental" breakfast with weak coffee, so you might want to plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. The management is very nice and helpful, the building itself looks fine. And the bug bite one reviewer complained about might have been a mosquito....bed bugs can be anywhere of course, but this isn't a place that screams nastiness at all. I would be hard pressed to find a problem with this motel.
"Warm Springs"
Not in the best neighborhood. Transient workers staying at hotel and hanging around outside their rooms. Received a bug bite in bed while sleeping.
Nothing fancy here, but no real negatives. Located directly in Warm Springs and less than a block to downtown. Hotel is fairly well kept and service was adequate.
Pretty expensive for an average room. The person at the desk was friendly. Check in was quick. The breakfast was pitiful. There wasn't even any milk to put in the breakfast cereal.
"No air"
The hotel is cute on the outside and is decently clean but the people who run it don't like to give decent air conditioning. Our room's A/C unit hardly worked and we woke up with stuffy heads. Even in the front office they cut the air off and it was hot and stale. Its like they're trying to cut costs and their doing it by choking their customers. This […] will not fly in Southwest Georgia. Walking distance to shops and restaurants of Warm Springs. Room large, clean, and with all necessities. Free wifi.
"Don't count on the breakfast"
The room was ok as far as rooms go but the breakfast was a disapointment. Some microwave sausage biscuits or french toast sticks would have been nice. Real juice too. I would rather go buy breakfast somewhere than count on your pitiful selection.
